Thirty one microsatellite DNA markers were selected from poultry genome in this study. The genomic DNA of173Yellow IV broilers were analyzed. Allele frequencies were estimated in term of band presence or absence. Polymorphism information content and heterozygosity were calculated based on allele frequencies. Prescriptive statistic method and correlation analysis were used to analyze the data; multicomparion was used to identify the loci which correlated with these traits.There was significant variance among individuals in population, which suited to linkage analysis between QTL and markers.The results of correlation analysis can show the correlation between growth performances and slaughter traits.A total of31microsatellite markers were selected from issued genetic map of three international reference population and the primers were composed to amplify DNA samples of individuals. The PCR products were separated on polyacrylamide gels. The results showed that the average allelic number were about4, with the most being5and the least2, which accorded with some reported results. Average heterozygosity is0.3306and average polymorphism information content is0.4871.Linkage analysis between31polymorphic markers and14trait values using SPSS13.0statistic software showed that12loci related to different traits. The results showed that these loci:ABR0322, ADL0146, ADL0278, LEI0146, LEI0166, MCW0067, MCW0095, MCW0104, MCW0183, MCW0245, MCW0258and MCW0331, respectively.There is remarkable correlation between LEI0166and birth weight and CC type of it was remarkable correlative to birth weight; ABR0322is remarkable correlation to body weight at2wk and6wk, breast muscle weight body weight at2wk, and the correlation between ABR0322and body weight at2wk is extremely significant. MCW0104is remarkable correlation to body weight at2wk, and BD, BE and DE types of it were extremely signiafacant variance to other types of it. MCW0331is remarkable correlation to body weight at4wk and8wk, slaughter weight, eviscerated weight with giblet, abdominal fat weight, thigh muscle weight, liver weight, ventriculus muscular’s weight and heart weight. AB type of MCW0331is remarkable variance to other types of it. ADL0146is remarkable correlation to liver weight, breast muscle weight, AA and CC types of breast muscle weight were remarkable variance to Other types of it,and AD type of its liver weight was remarkable variance to other types of ADL0146. ADL0278is remarkable correlation to heart weight and AB、BD and BE types of it were remarkable variance to other types. LEI0146is remarkable correlation to ventriculus muscular’s weight. MCW0067is remarkable correlation to breast muscle weight and BC type of it is remarkable variance to other types. MCW0183is remarkable correlation to abdominal fat weight、ventriculus muscular’s weight; BC, DD and DE types of its abdominal fat weight are remarkable variance to other types, and DD types of its ventriculus muscular’s weight is remarkable variance to other types. MCW0245is remarkable correlation to ventriculus muscular’s weight; AA and DD types of MCW0245are remarkable variance to other types. MCW0258is remarkable correlation to body weight at6wk and8wk, slaughter weight, eviscerated weight with giblet,eviscerated weight, abdominal fat weight and heart weight. AB type of MCW0258is remarkable variance to other types. MCW0095is remarkable correlation to liver weight and CD type of it is remarkable variance to other types.
