The experiment is designed to explore the effects of adding different level dietary supplementation of fructo-oligosaccharides and separately adding fructo-oligosaccharides, Non-starch polysaccharides enzymes (xylanase and β-mannanase) and Bacillus subtilis on laying performance, Serum biochemical index and Nutrient metabolism of GuangXi three-yellow broiler breeders.Experiment one:840GuangXi three-yellow broiler breeders,24-week-old, were selected and randomly divided into five groups, with each group of3repeats. The dietary supplementations in each group were0%FOS (control group),0.2%FOS,0.4%FOS,0.6%FOS and0.05%zinc bacitracin. The experiment were implemented in cages for7weeks. The results showed that the rate of egg production increase3.08%、4.32%and3.57%(P<0.05)respectively in the group added0.2%、0.4%、0.6%FOS compared with the control group. The qualification rates of breeds eggs raise2.79%、2.99%and2.54%(P<0.05). Compared with antibiotics, the qualification rates of breeds eggs in0.2%and0.4%FOS groups raise0.35%and0.66%(P<0.05) respectively. Adding FOS diet can improve the weight of the chicken eggs, of which0.4%of the FOS group and0.6%of the FOS group compared with the control group which were increased by1.19g and1.44g. The eggs’ weight was also increased by the antibiotic group by0.74g and0.99g. These are significantly different (P<0.05); dietary FOS and antibiotics can increase the passing rate and hatching rate of the eggs being fertilized. Between0.4%and0.6%of the FOS group from the control group, the fertilization increasing rate of2.1%and2.0%(P<0.05); add0.4%FOS,0.6%FOS of the antibiotic group, the hatching rate increased by2.2%,2.3%and1.3%(P<0.05). FOS added0.2%,0.4%,0.6%FOS and CP utilization compared with the control group increased by4.10%,4.97%,7.92%(P<0.05),but with the antibiotic group, the difference was not significant. EE, the FOS group compared to the control group was higher than5.02%,3.74%and2.88%, of which0.2%and0.4%, the differences these groups when compared with the antibiotic group remained significant; adding FOS cansignificantly improve the absorption of dietary P, respectively, compared with the control group, it increased by6.22%,6.06%and7.60%. When compared with the antibiotic group, it improved by3.81%,3.61%and5.19%.Experiment Two:It Studies the effects of using Additive preparation individually or in combination, like FOS, enzymic (Non-starch polysaccharides enzymes, mainly consisted of xylanase and β-mannanase) and Bacillus subtilis on laying performance, Serum biochemical index of GuangXi three-yellow broiler breeders. A random test method was taken in this experiment.1296laying breeding broilers(24-week-old), was selected and randomly divided into8groups by the design of2×2×2, with each group of3repeat. Group I was a control group, group Ⅱ-Ⅷ were separately supplemented0.4%FOS,50g/t zymin,500g/t Bacillus subtilis,0.4%FOS+500g/t zymin,0.4%FOS+500g/t Bacillus subtilis, zymin+Bacillus subtilis,0.4%FOS+500g/t enzyme+500g/t Bacillus subtilis. The experiment explores the effects of the using three additives individually or in combination on laying performance, Serum biochemical index of GuangXi three-yellow broiler breeders, results showed that the serum biochemical parameters, in addition to Ⅲ, Ⅳ group, other groups increased albumin levels than the control group (P<0.05); globulin Ⅱ,Ⅵ, Ⅷ group were compared with the control group increased21.1%,45.1%and31.6%(P<0.05); ALP addition Ⅲ, Ⅴ than in Group Ⅰ were significantly increased, which of the three joint use (Ⅷ group) than in Group Ⅰ increased30.9%(P<0.01); Ⅲ and Ⅷ group can reduce the T-CHO and TG levels (P<0.05), and III, V group than the control group was increased, but difference was not significant; IV group than in the control group reduced the serum glucose levels (P<0.05); and I compared, GSH and SOD activity were increased, Ⅵ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ in the GSH in serum was significantly higher in Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ group; Subject to section Ⅳ,Ⅴ two groups, each group of egg-laying rate than Group Ⅰ were significantly increased, which Ⅷ group was the highest, compared with Group Ⅰ increased7.34(P<0.05), Ⅵ group than Ⅶ group increased1.32%(P<0.05), Ⅲ group compared with the Ⅶ no significant differences (P>0.05); various types of dietary probiotics, can improve the passing rate of eggs (P<0.05), which Ⅵ group significant difference (P<0.01), increased4.1%compared with Group Ⅰ, the other groups no significant differences between (P>0.05); Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ and I can improve the eggs were compared Heavy1.19,1.86,1.05and2.39g (P<0.05); Ⅱ, Ⅴ, Ⅶ, Ⅷ group compared with the I can improve the rate of1.96%fertilization of eggs,1.79%,2.46%and2.80%(P<0.05);Ⅱ, Ⅶ and Ⅷ group I compared with the fertilization rate increased1.73%,3.21%and4.19%(P<0.05); In addition, dietary probiotics can reduce the Feed/egg than expected.
