Our country facilities, there has been vegetable industry salinization phenomenon, which has became a soil of sustainable utilization of important facilities one obstacle. Cucumber (Cucumis sativus1.) is main cultivation in facilities type, and its quality and yield are the serious effect under salinization. Some study found that the structure of the soil microbial community changes can effect the soil physical and chemical properties, this can change the soil quality comprehensivly. They can response the dynamic soil organic matter mineralization rate,soil nutrient and other conditions under a certain extent. So in recent years, many scholars have started study actively, through improving soil microbial community improve soil health and improve even overcome salinization phenomenon.With salt resistance of cucumber of different varieties as test materials, NaCl as salt stress condition, by PCR-DGGE technology, the conventional method and the combination of NaCl stress on the system research soil bacteria community structure, size, number, the soil enzyme activity and the influence of the microbial biomass, this experiment want to know clearly the stress condition the change of rhizosphere microbes main composition. Reveal facilities soil salinization effect of crop growth mechanism of microbiology, for facilities of the soil salinization biological improvement and facilities the sustainable development of agriculture to provide the theory basis.The test conclusions are follows:1. Salt stress condition salt resistance of cucumber variety yield per plant, the plant dry weight and leaf area are significantly higher than salt sensitive varieties.2. Salt stress condition,which reduce the soil urease, neutra phosphatase and dehydrogenase activity of two cucumber varieties atroot zone; In the treatment of the medium-term, cucumber varieties resistant to salt root zone soil dehydrogenase activity is significantly higher than salt sensitive varieties.3. The number of fungi ITS gene copies overall trend has increased. The number of bacteria16S rDNA gene copies overall trend has reduced. Salt stress condition, salt resistant varieties fungi and bacteria gene copies number are significantly higher than salt sensitive varieties, showed varieties advantage.4. Salt stress condition, salt sensitive varieties the number of soil bacterial colonies quantity and fungi colonies are lower than the salt resistant varieties. In the treatment of the later period, salt sensitive varieties the number of actinobacteria colonies quantity were significantly lower than salt resistance varieties.5. Deal with middle and late, salt stress condition salt sensitive varieties root zone DGGE soil bacteria map channel number, Shannon-Wiener index and evenness index are significantly higher than salt resistance varieties, and salt sensitive varieties cucumber root zone DGGE soil fungus map channel number, Shannon-Wiener index and evenness index are significantly higher than salt resistance varieties, show different varieties resistant to salt cucumber between soil microbial root zone community structure changes.
