In this study,19maizes in Heilongjiang province was selected as materials, and their salt-tolerance was classified through various indexes in germination period. At the same time, select ground and corn in Daqing city of Heilongjiang Province as experimental site, and four treatments, include533kg Per acre Bio-organic fertilizer (T1,266.5kg Per acre Bio-organic fertilizer (T2), Biological-chemical fertilizer (T3) and chemical fertilizer (T4), were arranged. The effects of different fertilization on the pH, bulk density, water content, cation exchange capacity, organic matter, alkalized degree and water soluble salt in saline-alkali soil, and the effect on dry matter, N, P, K accumulation and yield in corn were studied, meanwhile the correlation among soil organic matter, pH,water content and so on was analysed. The results were as follows:1、Selection of salt-tolerance maizes:Under NaCl stress, the maizes of ZD18, ZD958, FD1, JD517, XY335, JD198, JD519, XX1and BD1were salt-tolerance varieties, and ZD18had highest tolerance to salt; the maizes of XK3, PQ13, DN253, YG1, TD24, DN252and FH1were moderately tolerant, and the maizes of PQ9, D48and FH10were poor sensitive to salt. Under Na2CO3+NaHCO3stress, the maizes of XY335, ZD958, PQ13, XK3, FD1, PQ9, BD1, JD48, JD198, XXI and YG1were salt-tolerance varieties, and the maizes of XY335and ZD958had highest tolerance to salt; the maizes of FH1, ZD18, FH10, JD519, JD517.and DN253were moderately tolerant, and the maizes of DN252and TD24were poor sensitive to salt.2. Effects on soil physical and chemical properties under different treatments:(1) Compared with contrast, the soil water content under T1, T2and T3treatment was improved. Thereinto, under T2treatment, the increasement of soil water content was highest, and the soil bulk density was lowest, while under T3and T4treatment, the soil bulk density was significantly higher than that before treatment and under contrast, and the soil water content under T4treatment was lowest.(2) Compared with contrast, the pH under T1, T2, T3and T4treatment was lower, and the soil cation exchange capacity was higher. Thereinto, the effect on pH and Cation exchange capacity under T2treatment was greatest, the pH decreased by3.63%, and the soil cation exchange capacity increased by6.57%.(3) The soil nutrient under different fertilizer treatments was being increased compared with untreatment and contrast. thereinto, the increase efficiency of soil nutrient under T1, T2and T3treatment was significant, and the effect on soil organic matter and soil available N, P and K was least under chemical fertilizer only.(4) In experimental location, the Na+was the main cationic, and the HCO3-was the main anion, indicating that the soda ingredient influencing on soil properties was dominated by NaHCO3. Only under T2treatment, the water soluble salt, alkalization and conductivity reduced obviously, otherwise increased under other treatments. The content of CO32-、HCO3-、Cl-and SO42-under single chemical fertilizers increased by29%-34%compared with contrast, and the alkalization and conductivity value were maximum, increased by49%and32%, respectively, indicating that the use of chemical fertilizers and excessive amounts of bio-organic fertilizer on saline-alkali land could cause salinization heavier.(5) The soil organic matter had significantly positive correlation with soil water content and cation exchange capacity; the soil water content had significantly negative correlation with with alkalization and conductivity, and had significantly positive correlation with cation exchange capacity; the soil bulk density had significantly positive correlation with alkalization and conductivity; the soil alkalization had significantly positive correlation with conductivity.3. Effects on the growth and yield of maize under different treatments:The dry matter, N, P and K. accumulation and yield of maizes in different periods were higher compared with contrast. With the processes of growth period, the dry matter, N, P and K increased gradually, and reached maximum at maturity. The accumulation on dry matter of ZD18and XY335under T4and T3treatments was better than that under other treatments, meanwhile the dry matter accumulation of XX1under T4treatment was better than that under other treatments. T4treatment helped greatly to the accumulation and absorption on N, P and K of three species, and greatly enhanced the yield of different maize varieties. T3treatment took second place. The effects of increase in yield under only use bio-organic fertilizer was worse than that under the two former, and the accumulation and absorption of N, P and K under T1treatment was better than that under T2treatment.
