| Objective:the aim is to research influence of traditional Chinese herbs (Zhengbangling) on growth performance, blood indexes, total protein, albumin and globulin, immune function of sows and piglets, and further explore its mechanism.Methods:similar age suckling pigs, were randomly divided into4groups, each group of10, respectively, Zhengbangling â… group,Zhengb angling â…¡ group, Antibiotics group and Control group. Swine production performance was observed in the different stages of pigs. At the day1st,,7th,14th,21th,28th after weaning, blood sampling was taken from cavity venous. Serum indexes, serum IgA, IgG, IgM and C3,C4concentration of weaning piglets were investigated. The data analysis by PSSS11.5statistical softwareConclusion:Traditional Chinese herbs (Zhengbangling) can improve feed intake,daily gain and feed conversion ratio;lowere feed consummation, enhanced the digestive function in the different stages of pigs. Increase red blood cells, WBC and hemoglobin content of weaning piglet, have the effect on promoting swine growth.Traditional Chinese herbs (Zhengbangling) can increase the percentage blood lymphocytes, serum total protein, albumin and globulin content of weaning piglet.Compared with Antibiotic group and control group traditional Chinese herbs (Zhengbangling) can improve serum IgA, IgG, IgM concentration of weaning piglets,,suggesting that the Zhengbangling may enhance immune function... |
