In our study,0-day Yunnan Wuding300chicks were randomly divided into fivegroups, each60, each equipped with three replicates, each group of20, and then set up thetest group Ⅰ (basal diet+respectively0.2%compound Chinese herbal medicine), groupⅡ (basal diet+0.4%compound Chinese herbal medicine), group Ⅲ (+0.6%compoundherbal-based day-old), the antibiotic group (basal diet+chlortetracycline) and controlgroup (base diet), the entire administration of the same concentration. Chinese herbal compound in0.4%dose, effectively increasing the age of each stagewuding strong chicks dissolved in serum enzymes, thereby increasing the level of immunechicks.6.When the addition amount of0.4%compound Chinese herbal medicine, cansignificantly improve the serum total protein and albumin levels, and effectively reduce thelevels of serum urea nitrogen, prompting the body to strengthen the protein metabolism and amino acid utilization increased, improving the body physiology and biochemistryprocess, thus contributing to the growth of the fast-growing chicks; significantly improvedthe C3, C4and immunoglobulins IgG, IgM, IgA levels in serum complement, therebyincreasing the level of humoral immunity chicks.7.Chinese herbal compound in0.2%,0.4%dose, significantly increased the red, whiteblood leukocytes and lymphocytes in the proportion effectively enhance the immunefunction of chicks.In summary, the results demonstrated the good performances of our compoundChinese medicine additive in improving the growth and immunity of Wudingzhuangchicken, whereas optimal effects were observed with the additional dose of0.4%.
