We observed that MTLR express in muscle fibers and myenteric plexus ofdogs gastric antrumã€duodenumã€jejunumã€ileumã€proximal colonã€middlecolon, membrane present sepia, but circular and longitudinal expressingMTLR were no observed, the muscle fiberã€myenteric plexusã€circular andlongitudinal of terminal colon did not appear to express MTLRimmunoreactivity, staining strength from deep to light wasduodenum→ileum→jejunum→proximal colon→gastric antrum→middlecolon→terminal colon 2. We detected that MTLR mRNA express in gastric antrumã€duodenumã€jejunumã€ileumã€proximal colonã€middle colon, terminal was not MTLRmRNA expression, the expression of MTLR mRNA from high to low wasduodenum→ileum→jejunum→proximal colon→gastric antrum→middlecolon→terminal colon and same as our immunohistochemisty result.Conclusion1. Immunohistochemisty(S-P) confirmed that MTLR distribution in musclefibers and myenteric plexus of dogs whole gastrointestinal tract expectterminal colon2. Immunohistochemisty(S-P) and PCR confirmed that MTLR express ingastric antrumã€duodenumã€jejunumã€ileumã€proximal colonã€middle colon, but terminal colon was not MTLR mRNA expression, the expression ofMTLR from high to low was duodenum→ileum→jejunum→proximalcolon→gastric antrum→middle colon→terminal colon.3. Our study suggested that the distribution of MTLR in gastrointestinal tractare different. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | MTLR, gastrointestinal tract, MMC, immunohistochemist, RT-PCR | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
