This paper focuses on Optimization problem of water allocation of the Pishihang Irrigation port River upstream hangbu irrigation canal, discusses the entire of the Pishihang River Irrigation District main canal work under the present circumstances, and under its existing water resources in irrigation canal management of the operation were evaluated.For Pishihang irrigation canal irrigation water and the comprehensive management of the conflict between the existing canal system into full play the function, to achieve maximum utilization coefficient of irrigation water that minimize leakage and maximize the utilization of water resources. This article focuses on analysis of existing irrigation channel leakage calculation method, the accurate calculation of channel leakage, reasonable channel water, water distribution scale for the future of the optimal allocation of irrigation water, saving state investment, but also for irrigation Pishihang optimal allocation of water resources and integrated management has important practical significance.Based on the above purpose, irrigation district under the jurisdiction of Pishihang network elm branch canal seepage loss of water flow background of long-term field data on channel seepage losses, channel water efficiency and evaluation methods are discussed, using a large and dynamic system decomposition and coordination planning method combining irrigation canal system established to minimize leakage optimization model for the objective function.
