Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing. is a kind of precious edible and medicinal fungi in northeast of China.lt has formed certain scale cultivation in the national scope. The fruiting bodies has a lot of beneficial elements to human bodies. Pleurotus citrinopileatus has the character of wide adaptability, hypha has the strong ability of confriont to mixed bacterium, so, it is suitable for extensive cultivation production.Nowadays, people is more and more like Pleurotus,and most of the strains are simply domesticated from the wild strains,also more and more breeding of new variety has been reported, this condition lead to the protection to the Pleurotus citrinopileatus new variety and the bleeders is not enough. So, in order to improve this condition, the ministry of agriculture announced that Pleurotus was listed as the eighth batch protection name of new varieties of plants, and assumed this subject research by our laboratory. So, our laboratory use Pleurotus citrinopileatus as the research object, the purpose is formulate the DUS testing guideline for new varieties of Pleurotus citrinopileatus to suit our national conditions. And on that basis, we conducted a study of Pleurotus citrinopileatus germplasm resource innovation using the method of intraspecific hybridization, the purpose is abundance the germplasm resource of Pleurotus citrinopileatus and set up the method of germplasm resource innovation.(1) Analysis of Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability of Pleurotus citrinopileatusAnalysis of Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability of Pleurotus citrinopileatus, the result show that the16varieties of Pleurotus citrinopileatus has preferably distinctness, uniformity and stability, except P2.
