Pleurotus citrinopileatus is one of important and rare edible fungi in China. Not only is it tasty and nutrient-rich, but it has also very high medicinal value. In this study, the bio-magnetized water with different treatment runtime was produced by the homemade magnetic water treatment device. The wild strain of Pleurotus citrinopileatus as the test object for the first time, also first adopt biological magnetized water prepared with liquid media, then to mix cultivation material and water fruiting bodies. In order to determinate mycelial growth, extracellular enzyme activity, fruiting body production, as well as nutrients was masured. Experimental data showed that bio-magnetized water could improve significantly physiological indicators in the vegetative growth and fruiting body formation stage of Pleurotus citrinopileatus.The test main conclusions are as follows:In the vegetative growth stage.Mycelium with60min biological magnetized water cultured, number of mycelial pellets processing is133%higher than the control group, the weight of the mycelial pellets increased by79%compared with the control group, the mycelial pellets’diameter is reduced by75%, biomass accumulation increased by71.46%compared with the control group, the mycelial pellets the tieback flat growth rate increased by46.32%.60min treatment magnetized water carboxymethyl cellulase activity promoting effect under liquid culture condition, peak than the CK group increased by83.7%, and decreased slowly.In liquid culture condition, the60min treatment magnetized water amylase activity increase significantly, peak than the CK group increased by26.74%.In the fruiting body formation stage.When the Pleurotus citrinopileatus was cultured by60min treatment bio-magnetized water, the activity of extracellular CMC enzyme and semi-improved cellulose at its different growth stages were improved significantly. And the activity of extracellular laccase and amylase at the different Pleurotus citrinopileatus growing stages cultured by30min treatment bio-magnetized water, were improved significantly.Both of the two ways, mixing culture material and watering fruiting bodies with60min treatment bio-magnetized water, could improve the Pleurotus citrinopileatus yield significantly. The average yield of per bottle increased by35.33%than CK, the fruiting bodies ash content increased by11.3%than CK, the fruiting body protein content increased by28.57%than CK, the fruiting bodies crude fat content increased by15.38%than CK.
