With the rapid development of Chin’as modern facility agriculture, mobileseedbed for its higher operation convenience and high space utilization, are widelyused in Yu Liandong greenhouse high economic crops, seedling cultivation and soon. Greenhouse is the integral heat system at present, the method of large energyconsumption, high operation cost; Seedbed plastic film covering, jie process isdone rely on a’rtiifcial lift, big workload, low efficiency, and cant be automaticcontrol and management. According to the above problem, this paper presents abuild based on mobile seedbed of greenhouse "small environment" solution, namelyby mobile seedbed GongPeng device research and development, establish a seedbedand crop of independent heat insulation, small environment to realize saving energyand reducing consumption.First of all,the existing seedbed has carried on the research on market,choose a seedbed of existing as the research object. According to the actual needsof mobile seedbed of homework, several feasibility scheme design, to evaluate allscheme analysis, selection, determine the final plan. Scheme is as follows; rolllaminating machine volume tube is installed on the beds on the left side of thebracket, one end of the double layer plastic iflm along the direction of the axis ofthe roll tube joint on its outer surface, the other end of the double layer plastic filmwinding pipe after several times to roll around on both sides of which leads to theleft, right monolayer iflm respectively, left and right respectively ifxed at the end ofmonolayer film roll tube on the left and right sides of the traction rod,plastic filmin traction rod under the action of gravity, to cover film. Stents left and right sidesof the installation have shed shoulders and volume GuanPing guide roller, theplastic film covering on the assistance tensioning and guiding role; Volume tube inthe cavity insert tubular motor, tubular motor control through the forward andreverse rotation, to furl or covering plastic film. Secondly, according to the selected scheme to select the parts:1. Theselection of motor, this paper uses the tubular motor, according to the actual,parameter selection, ultimately determine the motor model;2. To design of volumetube, according to the diameter of the motor,choose the volume tube diameter,considering the motor to be installed on the bracket, so the weight can’t too heavy;3. The choice of traction rod which can’t be too light nor too heavy, it’s too light,fixed film,is too heavy,will pull the membrane deformation:4. The selection ofguide roller, as long as the strength enough to support the iflm, it is ok to can makeit smooth slide down:5. Design of stents, stent made of thin plate bending,itswidth and mobile seedbed of bed surface width is consistent, at the top of the roofstructure, to facilitate the condensed water droplets along the membrane of plasticfilm inside face on both sides of the slide, avoid the dew stay or drop. Stents leftand right sides of the vertical edges have the effect of tent shoulder, guarantee thespace required for the crop growth level. According to the structure size andseedling of seedbed requirements, determine the width of the bracket, the ridgeheight and depth, in order to make sure the space required for the crop growth level.Finally, according to the selected parts in Solidworks3d model is set up in2012. and the volume tube in the Ansys, traction rod support, the finite elementanalysis. It is concluded that the deformation and the maximum stress value,according to the results of the analysis to determine whether the design is feasible.
