In order to elucidate differences in flue-cured tobacco trichome development and metabolism of flue-cured tobacco and difference of style formation,a tobacco variety K326as material, from the leaf surface secretion, foliar glandular hairs were observed by scanning electron microscope, gene expression atdifferent levels, on the leaf surface secretion and trichome development undertook comparative study, to explore the foliar glandular hairs and secretion material on the style and characteristics of tobacco leaves form influence. The mainresults are as follows:1.Foliar glandular hairs by scanning electron microscopy showed, theecological zone of glandular trichome density are higher than that of the late prophase,early Guizhou> Henan> Yunnan, after the three region changes more gentle, withlittle difference. Henan, Guizhou long stalk trichome development situation was betterthan Yunnan, Yunnan trichome aging back in Guizhou and Henan.2.Foliar secretory substances showed differences, three ecological zonesglandular secretions were the main components of cembratrienes, the highest contentof three eneglycol for tibet. Henan tobacco trichome exudates synthesis variation inthe whole growth period showed a downward trend; Yunnan tobacco leaf exudatesoverall lower, increase, decrease, increase change characteristics; Guizhou wassignificantly different, amount and various changes of substance shows increasingtrend.3.The expression of genes, DXR and DXS two genes in tobacco growth of leafage40days early strong, then weakened. GGPPS1and GGPPS2both the expression ofstrength was strong weak early expression of late expression, the expression intensityof GGPPS1than GGPPS2. Could see that Henan tobacco expression intensity waslarger than that of Yunnan. The late prophase strong weak expression of the law maybe due to age40days is the tobacco leaf to physiological maturity, metabolism, andthen enter the period of senescence metabolism decreased leaf. HMGR genes fromexpression intensity look with Tobacco Maturity enhanced expression of tobacco inYunnan, but the expression was significantly weaker than Henan. Fps in tobaccoleaves the whole growth period of stable expression, with delayed reproductive period becomes weak, which leaves the expression in Yunnan of Henan. This was probablybecause of the ecological factors in Henan tobacco-growing areas suitable for fragrantaroma formation. Ccdn of Yunnan tobacco expression strength was significantlygreater than that of Henan, Yunnan pigment degradation imposed on Henan, this maybe the reasons for the formation of Yunnan fragrance type characteristics.
