| From a theoretical perspective this article, researching on tobacco, inquires into the links of the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere characteristics and tobacco quality under the condition of different soil improvement, using the traditional method of plate culture combined with the technology of modern molecular biology. This article has three parts and the conclusion is as follows:1. The experiments show that after the soil is improved, each of its rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere index change has the same effect and also has a big difference. Rhizosphere and the non-rhizosphere total potassium and effective potassium, compared with the soil not improved, has no apparent change but rhizosphere and the non-rhizosphere increased significantly, especially turf and cake fertilizer in rhizosphere was processed perfectly while green manure mask in non-rhizosphere is obvious. There are greater changes in rhizosphere than in non-rhizosphere. Studies show the same improvement measures have different response on physical and chemical properties between rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere.2. Judging from the rhizosphere and rhizosphere microorganisms variance analysis, in all kinds of soil improvement measures, ammonifying bacteria in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere have no significant difference. Though there is great difference in nitrifying bacteria, in rhizosphere and nonrhizosphere performance is very different. Rhizosphere performance for nitrification is lower than contrast soil. Rhizosphere has significant differences but no significant improvement. Analyzed from the beneficial bacteria such as bacteria, spores, bacteria, actinomyces, silicate bacteria and cellulose decomposing bacteria etc, non-rhizosphere mainly has bacteria and fungi. Analyzed from a PCR-DGGE picture perspective, bacteria banding in nanyang tobacco zone obviously increased in the turf processing and green manure mask green treatment of soil. Green manure mask green is the clearest and compared with the contrast, several bands changed apparently, proving after the turf and green manure mask green treatment the rhizosphere microbes in the soil changed most greatly. Studies show that the beneficial fungi in rhizosphere increased obviously in variety and amplitude in contrast with non-rhizosphere.3. The quality of new planting diene in green manure mask green and turf processed tobacco is higher than that of the sesame cake fertilizer and peanuts processed tobacco, which proved the two kinds of process contributed to the transformation and accumulation of tobacco aroma material after roasted. Seeing from several processing methods, several neutral aroma components improved after the green manure mask green and turf treatment compared with the contrast better than two other processing measures. |
