Electric Controlling System Research And Design For Round Bundler Based On Construction Machinery Controller HC-G15

Based on study on various monitoring systems of domestic and foreign mechanical device, the design is completed using a good practical construction machinery controller HC-G15, combined with controlling components, such as limit switches and pressural sensor. Then integrated controlling system is comprised by making them application in9YG-1.25round bundle.The design could monitor system real-time, by using CoDeSys write program into controller HC-G15and using configuration software write dispiay interface, and complete the process of round bundler and setting requirements. In addition to improve functions, advanced level and higher reliability of the system, through this program could make round bundler finish corresponding process.The design could achieve electrical controlling system of round bundler. Due to use CoDeSys write controlling procedures into controller HC-G15, it could promote security of round bundler on some degree. Thus the controlling system could be able to stable and timeless under harsh environments. By designing the controlling system, it is not only simple operation during the system operating, but also normal functions like measuring, controlling and warning.
