Returning organic fertilizer to the field in agriculture is in line with the concept of green development,which can improve the soil and increase the fertility of the land.Designing a mountain orchard fertilization machine used in conjunction with a crawler mobile platform can greatly improve the efficiency of returning organic fertilizer to the field.In the design process of fertilization machinery,the overall structure of the fertilization machinery remains basically unchanged,and the size of the parts will be changed according to the size of the platform used together or the spreading efficiency.Using parametric design combined with software development to make fertilization machinery design modules can greatly shorten the product design cycle.At the same time,use parametric analysis combined with software development to make simulation modules for key parts of fertilization machinery,program the tedious finite element analysis,and realize the closed loop from design to analysis of fertilization machinery.This article will design a fertilization machine for mountain orchards,which can be used in conjunction with a crawler platform.Design the overall structure of fertilization machinery,and design the structural size and type of key components of fertilization machinery.Adopt top-down design thinking,take the conveying box as the design basis,determine the parameter relationship and assembly relationship between each component,and calculate the structure and assembly size of each component.In this paper,the self-designed fertilization machinery is taken as the development object,and the parametric design module of the key components of the fertilization machinery is produced based on NX software.The parametric design module is composed of template model data files,background running program files,menu files and UI interactive interface files.The dimensional chain of the key parameters of each component is determined,and the expression function of NX software is used to control the change of the structural size of each component,and the rapid design is realized in combination with software development.Based on the NX software,the parametric analysis modules of the key parts of the fertilization machinery are produced,which are the parametric analysis functions of the screw shaft and the parametric analysis functions of the fertilizer applicator.The screw shaft and fertilizer applicator are the key moving parts of the fertilizer application machine,and the load it bears during work is calculated.The parametric template files required by the finite element analysis are made to form a template file database.Write the menu script file,UI interface and background running program.This module will simplify the simulation process of moving parts and realize the one-click calculation of static analysis results and modal analysis results of parts.
