China’s soybean acreage is shrinking,and its growing efficiency is lower than crops such as rice and corn,the yield of soybean is threatened.Compared with imported special high-protein or high oil soybean varieties,the specificity of our non-genetically modified soybeans is not strong. Studies haved confirmed rare earth promote photosynthesis.And RE can enhance the photosynthetic electron transport,and promote nutrient uptake and root dry matter accumulation.Low concentrations of lanthanum and cerium element can mention promote crop growth,improve crop yields,mainly due to the elements lanthanum and cerium elements can promote plant enzymes and hormons and other physiologically active substances coordination.The effect of Rare Earth on soybean yield,is mainly reflected as the agronomic traits rellected in soybean yield (the number of pods per plant,seeds per pod,seed number per plant,grain weight per plant and100-seed weight and other yield components),and their correlation with production.And the quality traits of soybean is mainly reflected as changes in protein,oil and the total content of protein and oil and the correlation betweent them.The experiment selected soybean Heihe43for the material,and selected Nenjiang to conduct field trials.Respectively, at the seedling stage, flowering and grain filling stage,sparying concentration of100,200,300,400,500mg· L-1(RE1~RE5) of LaCl3and CeCl3solution,research the effect of Rare Earth on pod,seed number per plant,seed weight per plant,100-seed weight,yield and quality of soybean.This paper is to select the best application time and the administered dose, rare earth elements on the composition and quality of soybean production improved to further explore the reference affect mechanisms to provide the experimental basis for the rare-earth agricultural means.The results showed that:1. Spraying appropriate concentration of lanthanum and cerium can improve the yield and yield component factors of soybean:The effect of cerium on improving the yield of soybean is better than lanthanum. Especially when sprayed with500mg· L-1CeCl3solution at grain filling stage,the yield up to3269kg· hm-2, compared with the control significantly increased by37.4%. This concentration of rare earth processing conditions have better effection,which conducive to the formation of dry matter accumulation yield of soybean,and this treatment can promote the photosynthesis and growth and metabolismthese of soybean. For the yield factors of soybean, sparying La and Ce at grain filling stage promote increased the proportion of four pods,which conducive to the formation of multi-grain pod yield;The treatment of Ce2at flowering stage, the number of pods per plant and seed number per plant increased the best results, average of21.7and52.4, respectively, and both significantly increased by21.4%than the control,indicating that for promoting nutrient absorption in flowers and pods,and to prevent the pod and flowers off,the concentration of the treatment conditions has the best effection; Sparying100mg· L-1CeCl3solution at seedling stage.the100-seed weight reached a maximum of22.27g, a significant increase compared with the control of12.5%.Sparying La and Ce both at early flowering and seed filling stage or singly once at seed filling stage,the yield increasing effects are mainly for the increase of100-seed weight.But when sparying La and Ce at seedling stage or flowering stage,the yield increaseing effects are mainly manifested as an increase in grain weight per plant.2. Spraying appropriate concentration of lanthanum and cerium can improve the quality of soybean Heihe43:The effect of lanthanum on improving the yield of soybean is better than cerium. For increasing the protein content and the total content of protein and fat,sparying200mg· L-1LaCl3has the best effection, so that the maximum value of the two indexes were up to42.8%and62.9%respectively.and compared with the control increase0.27%and0.07%respectively,indicating that the processing conditions on nitrate reductase activity increased to promote soybean plants absorb nitrogen and accelerate the reduction of nitrogen assimilation in vivo absorption rate of protein synthesis in favor best. Sparying200mg· L-1LaCl3at both early flowering and grain filling stage,the content of fat reached a a maximum of21.5%,increased by0.2%compared with the control,indicating that the processing condition of rare earth has the best effection on promoting P and K nutrient absorption and adjust of soybean.
