Effect Of Lanthanum And Cerium On Yield And Quality Of Soybean In Field

Soybean, whose significance is prominent, is in the majority of the grain and oil crop in China. But at present, as the plant areas are gradully decreasing and planting benifit becomes lower, the yield and quality of soybean are in danger. China is one of the largest countries who famous for abundant rare earth in the world, so it is very important for the yield and quality of soybean to discuss the rare earth.In this paper, the Soybean Heihe 43 was chosen as test object, respectively spraying 100、200、300、400、500 mg·L-1 rare earth lanthanum and cerium solution separately in seedling stage and early pod stage(spray), full bloom stage and early pod stage(spray), podding stage, early flowering and podding stage(spray). Study of the rare earth solution’s influence on yield and quality of soybean at diffrent stage can detemine the best spraying time and concentration to increase the yield and quality of soybean, and provide the scientific experimenal basis for rare earth application in agriculture.(1)Rare earth La Cl3 and Ce Cl3 of certian concentration can promote the yield of soybean. The result shows that: the best yield of soybean achieves to 4581kg·hm-2, increasing 43.1%(P<0.05)comparing to ck, after spraying 200mg·L-1 La Cl3 solution respectively at seedling stage and the initial pod stage, which has a great effct on yield increase of soybean.Spraying rare earth lanthanum and cerium solution at seedling stage and the initial pod stage, can pormote the proportion of three seed pod, which can increase the yield eventually. Compared to the contrast, the increase effect of grain number and grain weight achieve a remarkable level when it is dealt with Ce5 at full-bloom stage and initial pod stage. This concentration can promote flower and pod to absorb nutrition and prevent flowers and pods from droping;through the dispose of La3 at grain filling stage and Ce2 iat early flower stage and grain filling stage, the increase effect of the hundred grain weight achieve remarkable level compared to the contrast.It will reach the increase effect through the increase of the hundred grain weight.(2)Spraying rare earth lanthanum and cerium solution of certian concentration can promote the quality of soybean: the improvment effect of rare earth cerium is better than that of lanthanum. Spraying 500mg·L-1 Ce Cl3 at grain filling stage, the content of protein and lipid is the highest, which increase 2% and 1.14% compared to the contrast CK. It improves the quality of soybean effectively.
