Changes Of HIF-1a,Endostatin And VECF In Pancreatic Cancer Tissue And Their Clinical Significance

Objective:To determine the expression of HIF-1 a,Endostatin and VEGF in normal human pancreatic tissue and pancreatic cancer tissue. Compare the changes of HIF-1 a, Endostatin, VEGF in normal human pancreatic tissue and pancreatic cancer tissue. Studies the relationship of HIF-1 a,Endostatin,VEGF and pancreatic cancer clinical characteristics and the contact among the three.Methods:Using immunohistochemical SABC assay of HIF-1 a, Endostatin, VEGF in the 8 cases of normal pancreatic tissue and 35 cases of pancreatic cancer tissue in paraffin blocks. Analysis the correlation of HIF-1 a, Endostatin, VEGF between the indicators of the patient’s gender, age, tumor size, tumor location, the pathological differentiation and TNM stage.Results:The positive expression rate of HIF-1 a, Endostatin, VEGF in eight cases of normal pancreatic tissue were 0.00%,37.50%,0.00%. The positive expression rate in 35 cases of human pancreatic cancer tissues were 71.43%,77.14% and68.57%.Significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05).In human pancreatic cancer tissues,the expression HIF-1a in the tumor TNM stage and lymph node metastasis is significant difference (P<0.05); The difference of the expression of Endostatin in TNM stage and lymph whether to transfer was statistically significance (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF in tumor size, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis were different (P<0.05). In pancreatic cancer tissues, the expression of VEGF and expression of HIF-1a was positively correlated(P<0.05).The expression of HIF-1a and the expression Endostatin was positively correlated (P<0.05). The expression of Endostatin in pancreatic cancer tissues and the expression of VEGF was not showed a statistically correlation (P= 0.209).Conclusion:HIF-la, Endostatin, VEGF are high expressed in pancreatic cancer tissues.HIF-la, Endostatin and VEGF in pancreatic cancer is closely related to clinical features. HIF-1a, Endostatin, VEGF in pancreatic cancer progression and metastasis play an important role.
