Object:1. We detect change of the indicators γ-GGT(γ-glutamyltransferase) and Hs-CRP (Highsensitivity-C Reactive Protein) in serum of patients with the ACS(Acute CoronarySyndrome).Toanalyze the correlation between the indicators of γ-GGT and Hs-CRP.2. To discuss whether there exists are relationship between γ-GGTa Hs-CRP and degree ofcoronary artery lesion.Methods:1. Sample collection:The study population were comprised of three groups including45health individuals,45cases of patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris (UAP)and45cases ofpatients with Acute Myocardial Infarction(AMI) individuals. cardial heart disease(CHD)divided into single-vessel disease group(20cases)a double-vessel disease group(15cases) andtriple-vessel disease group(10cases),control group (15cases).all were subjected to the routineblood examination and were recorded basic information about name,age,sex,body mass index,and history of high blood presure and diabetes in general.2. We detect Hs-CRP using Immunoturbidimetric Assay and the serum lipids and liverfunction were analyzed by automatic biochemical analyzer.3.The software of SPSS16.0was used to analyze the indicators γ-GGTa Hs-CRP to patientswith the ACS.Result:1. There were no significant difference of age,sex, Body mass index (BMI), Total cholesterel(TC), Total triglyceride (TG), High-density lipoprotein (HDL), Low-density lipoprotein (LDL),Alanine aminotransferase (ALT), Total bilirubin (TBIL),high blood presure and diabetes inunstable angina group, acute myocardial infarction group and the health control groupP>0.05.2. The level of γ-GGT,Hs-CRP in unstable angina group and acute myocardial infarctiongroup was higher than the health control group(P<0.05). And there were statistically significantdifference of the level of γ-GGT Hs-CRP in unstable angina group and acute myocardialinfarction group(P<0.05).3. There was positive correlation between Hs-CRP and γ-GGT in health control groupaunstable angina group and acute myocardial infarction group (the R value of the the followingthree groups are0.220.600.43respectively).4. The level of Hs-CRP and γ-GGT in health control group is lower than single-vesseldisease groupa double-vessel disease groupa triple-vessel disease group(P<0.05). there is no statistically significant difference of the level of γ-GGT Hs-CRP in single-vessel disease groupadouble-vessel disease groupa triple-vessel disease group (P>0.05).Conclusions1. The level of γ-GGT and Hs-CRP in patients with ACS was higher than the healthpopulation, myocardial infarction patients was higher than the unstable angina patients. Thelevel of γ-GGTa Hs-CRP in serum associated with the deterioration and progress of coronaryatherosclerotic.2. The γ-GGT could be provided as a risk factor assessment of ACS as Hs-CRP.3. There be not direct relationship between level of γ-GGTa Hs-CRP in serum and thestenosis extent of coronary artery.
