| Objective：Elbow joints are the most important joints of upper limbs,they areresponsed for anteflexion, postextention, Pronation, supination and adjustingposition by coordination of peripheral nerve,blood vessel, muscles andtendon.recent years, with development and new techonic of high frequencyprobe and fine resolution ultrasound instruments,the application ofultrasonograph is extened, high-frequency ultrasonography of muscles,skeleton and nerve is becoming more and more popular, and presentsupstanding prospect in clinic. this assay is discussing The application ofultrasound examination in normal adult elbow and the measured number of theimportant auxiliary structure,to get an objective indication in clinical diagnosis.Methods：Rondom selecting120healthy adulted volunteers, they were devided in8groups by gender and age, female:group Ⅰ(15persons,age20-29years),groupⅡ(15persons,age30-39years), groupIII (15persons, age40-49years),groupIV(15persons,age50-59years).Male:grouopV(15persons,age20-29years),groupVI (15persons, age30-39years), groupVII(15persons,age40-49years),groupVIII(15persons,age50-59years). consulting technological specification ofultrasonography in elbow joints(ground plan) formulated by Europeansarcoskeleton radiology(ESSR), to observe muscle tendon,nerves,fat pad,mucous bursa, and etc. measure and get the number of these important auxiliarystructure. Result：(1)We can get clear sonograms of elbow joint and auxiliary structure byconsulting ESSR.(2)The measured numbers of elbow joint and auxiliary structure have nostatistics difference between left and right(P>0.05）.nor between gender or ages(P>0.05）(3)Fluid darkground is not shown in bursa mucosa nor fat pad in all thevolunteers’elbow jointsConclusion：The morphous,path and anatomy of important auxiliary strcture in elbowjoints can be clearly shown by standardized high frequency ultrasonogrph, thenormal measured numbers have values in clinic. |
