Objective1. Clinical survey, women of childbearing age environmental endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs) history of exposure and spontaneous abortion occurred.2. Deltamethrin in the pregnant rat model of experimental subjects to explore the impact of deltamethrin on the pregnant female rats, the mechanism of action and lack of clear pregnancy period.3. Assessment Shoutai pills on the prevention and treatment of of deltamethrin reproductive toxicity, and clearly the best dose.4. Explore the mechanism of Shou Tai Wan intervention of deltamethrin reproductive toxicity.Method1. A clinical surveyUse homemade reproductive health questionnaire, spontaneous abortion in patients with normal pregnancy to women of childbearing age,60cases conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate the relationship between history of exposure and spontaneous abortion of the environmental endocrine disruptors.2. Animal experiments608-10weeks of age, healthy SD rats as subjects were divided into five groups ineluding(1)modelgroup(2)model plus high dose treatment,(3)model plus middle does treatment,(4) model plus low does treatment,(5)Blank control group. Groupl-4were orally fed1/20LD50(6.93mg/kg) DM daily from Day1to15when proved pregraney. Then, Physiological saline was given after being poisoned after4hours. The quantities were4times,2times,1time of adult dosage of Formula shou tai of pill. Group5was blank control. The group mothers first day of pregnancy blood test endocrine hormones E2, P and cytokines IL-2, IL-10,LI-4and IFN-gamma and other indicators. Half pregnant rats were killed on the fifteenth day. The rest was kept until labour. The experiments were to observe their general eondition, weight, pregnancy symptoms, thymus, spleen, ovary and uterus, number of embryo and its development. Blood tests were carried out in the mid stage of pregnancy and delivery respectively to generate data of estradiol, prostaglandin and IFN-Y、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10.Results1. Clinical investigations found that the proportion of patients with exposure to environmental endocrine disruptors with a history of spontaneous abortion was significantly higher than normal pregnancy and delivery of women of childbearing age (P<0.05).2. Female mice in early pregnancy, mid1/20LD50deltamethrin exposure of pregnant mice without any exposure symptoms, but maternal abortion rate increased by deltamethrin, most of the abortion of pregnancybetween8-15days, the equivalent of the second trimester.3. Deltamethrin on pregnant rats by oral exposure can cause abortion rate of pregnant rats increased, showing that the model group, the abortion rate was significantly higher than other groups, low progesterone levels and Th1/Th2cytokine balance to close to the Thl-type cytokinesThe direction of offset. The results suggest that deltamethrin reproductive toxicity, the endocrine and immune function of the impact of maternal to Erzhi maternal abortion.4. Kidney tocolysis the TCM Shoutai pill can reduce the abortion rate, raise the level of progesterone, and can correct the deltamethrin caused of Th1, Th2-type cytokine balance of pathological offsets. The results suggest that Shoutai pill through the endocrine and immune regulation to effectively reduce the toxicity of deltamethrin. Which traditional Chinese medicine, the effect of medium-dosage group is more apparent.5. The reproductive toxicity of deltamethrin did not affect maternal childbirth. Delivery time of each group mothers were within the normal range, the litter size, rate of live births, the sex ratio of offspring there was no significant difference.Conclusion 1. Long-term exposure to environmental endocrine disruptors may increase the risk of spontaneous abortion, human gave birth during the period should avoid contact.2. Deltamethrin reproductive toxicity, the and Erzhi pregnancy may affect maternal endocrine and immune function is missing, causing miscarriage miscarriage of deltamethrin in pregnant rats may occur in the second trimester.3. From the view point of Traditional Chinese Medieine, Fenpropathrin(FP), one of the faetors in the environmental pollution, was treated as a kind of toxin. It could affect the embryo and pregnant mother among dysfunetion of organ, imbalance of Yin-yan and damage of reproduetive system which could lead to abortion. It also could affect the reproductive capacity of father, make the reproductive capacity disorder.4. The tocolysis Chinese medicine can effectively interfere with the toxicity of deltamethrin in kidney, the tocolysis name side Shoutai pill more pronounced effect in reducing the abortion rate, possibly through the regulation of the endocrine, immune function and play a role. Therefore think Bushenantai traditional Chinese medicine can be considered for the prevention of environmental endocrine disruptors, reproductive toxicity, and play a role in the prevention and treatment of reproductive dysfunction.
