The purpose of this study is to explore the children allergic purpura peripheral blood lymphocyte and neutrophils ratio, eosinophilic acid granulocyte and platelet parameters on allergic purpura nephritis happened predictive value, improve the harmful complications may occur detection of the children, so that medical personnel to take active measures, to reduce the incidence of children purpura nephritis.Methods On September2010-September2011shanxi medical university hospital affiliated hospital of the first clinical100cases of acute phase in allergic purpura children, when not to give any hospital in blood serum test before treatment neutrophils, lymphocytes, eosinophilic acid granulocyte absolute value, platelet parameters, calculation and neutrophils ratio with lymphocytes. Will100cases with different gender into boys group (57cases) and the girl group (43cases); According to the admission whether there is divided into the upper respiratory tract infection infection infected group (39cases) and the infected group (n=61); According to the presence of a kidney damage on the performance of the group is divided into kidney damage (35cases) and no damage to the kidney group (n=65).Result Allergic purpura nephritis group neutrophils and the ratio of lymphocytes (2.38+/-0.13) than without renal damage group (1.80+/-0.15), purpura nephritis group called eosinophilic acid (0.35+/-0.66) than without renal damage group (0.07+/-0.07) increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Allergic purpura nephritis group platelet parameters (PLT, MPV, PDW) and without renal damage group compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:HSPN peripheral blood NLR Eo, children and PLT, MPV, PDW significantly increased level, can serve as a kind of simple diagnosis HSPN markers, especially to the disease early screening may have a better value.Conclusion neutrophils to lymphocytes ratio (N/L), eosinophils, Platelet parameters have a certain predictive value for allergic purpura nephritis.
