Clinical Observation Of Xiehuang Powder Combined With Xiaoji Decoction In The Treatment Of Purpura Nephritis With Blood Heat Injuring Collaterals

Objective:Through Xiehuang powder and Xiaojiyinzi to treat hematuria of purpura nephritis of blood heat and collateral injury type,to recorded the changes of TCM syndrome score in urine analysis of sick children before and after administration of the drug,Comprehensive evaluation of Xiehuang powder and Xiaojiyinzi clinical efficacyMethod:60 cases of children with purpura nephritis blood heat syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral piperazine ferulate tablets;the treatment group was treated with oral Xiehuang powder and Xiaojiyinzi decoction.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks as a course of disease treatment,a total of two courses of treatment,a total of 8 weeks.Before and after the treatment,the liver function test of the children was recorded.After entering the group,the urine analysis,urine occult blood and urine red blood cell count of the children were recorded before the treatment,two weeks after the treatment,four weeks after the treatment and eight weeks after the treatment.The TCM symptom scores of the four records were compared,and the experimental conclusion was drawn.Resultes:1.From the clinical curative effect analysis:The clinical effective rate of the control group was 73.33%,which was lower than 86.67%of the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Analysis of the total curative effect of TCM Syndrome:The total effective rate of TCM symptoms in the control group was 76.67%,which was lower than 83.33%in the treatment group(P<0.05).3.Analysis of single effect of TCM Syndrome:Compared the two groups of main TCM symptoms:purpura size,purpura color,purpura distribution and urine color,as well as secondary TCM symptoms:body heat and thirst,red face,toothache,pharynx red,constipation,tongue,tongue coating score,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Analysis from the total score of TCM symptoms:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the total score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).5.From the laboratory index analysis:After two weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the improvement of urine occult blood between the two groups(P>0.05);after four weeks and eight weeks of treatment,there were significant differences in urine occult blood and urine red blood cell count between the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of laboratory indexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion:Xie Huang San and Xiao Ji Yin Zi in treatment of purpura nephritis,blood heat and collaterals syndrome,has obvious effect on improving the clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes of children,and no serious adverse drug reactions are found.It is safe and reliable.
