Thromboangitis obliterans is a kind of common peripheral vascular disease, it takes animportant part in peripheral vascular disease. The cause of thromboangitis obliterans is complexand uncertain, was presumed to the result of synthetic action of several factors. The strategies incuring Thromboangitis obliterans are surgical and non-surgical, or the combination of these twomethods. Effective medical approach is still undetermined. There are many medical methodsmight provide effective treatment for this physiological and social common disease. Thrombosisdiseases is still an important cause of mortality and morbidity worldwide. The vascularendothelium is a series of biological system consisting of a complex modulator, vasculitis mayalso be therapeutic intervention of iatrogenic complications. Although surgery as vascularreconstruction is protection for patients of every phases, the number of operation treatment forThromboangitis obliterans patients has been reduced. Because endothelial injury induced spasm,occlusive intimal hyperplasia, promoting arteriosclerosis. Surgical operation treatment is likely tocause endothelial injury.Qing sui yu ju dan clinical treatment effect really, while the curing mechanism is indefinite.This project utilize surgery combine chemical method to establish rat model of thromboangitisobliterans. To appraise the model we use the method of pathology, immunology and molecularbiology. The result shows that injection laurate sodium to Femoral Artery can successfullyestablish rat model of thromboangitis obliterans that similar to human natural disease. Rat modelpathological changes obviously, the expression of intercellular cell adhesion molecule-1andvascular cell adhesion molecule-1mRNA rises significantly in the disease region of rats,thromboxane B2and anti-endothelial cell antibody increased significant in rats serum. Thesecharacters were the same as thromboangitis obliterans in human. The rat model of thromboangitisobliterans can be used in further study, this offer a platform for the research of the pathologicmechanism and treatment of these disease.Feed Qing sui yu ju dan to TAO model rats every day. In the experiment, after rat model ofthromboangitis obliterans was established, the contents of Icam-1, Vcam-1, TXB2, AECA weredetected by fluorescent quantitation and ELISA, combined with the pathological results. Resultshowed that Qing sui yu ju dan can decreases the content of Icam-1, Vcam-1, TXB2, AECA,inhibits soakage of lymphocyte or leukocytal, restrains adhersion or assemble of thrombocytic,prevents the form of blood hypercoagulable states, postpones the form of immune complexeswhere there had injuries in endodermis, so it can lightens the inflammation and injuries of diseased region, therefore it can restrains the form of thrombus and makes active curative effect inthromboangitis obliterans.
