Objective: This study by the study of coronary heart disease congenital volt coldsyndrome patients, symptom improvement after taking the congenital V coldparticles, as well as improvement in coronary heart disease inflammatory markers IL-1β and sICAM-1in study congenital volt cold particles congenital coronary heartdisease efficacy in treatment of the V cold syndrome.Methods: The study from May2010to December2011, the Affiliated Hospitalof Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Cardiology,Professor Huang Yongsheng outpatient clinic satisfied row standard of coronary heartdisease congenital volt cold syndrome to collect60cases of medical records by theinstructor congenital volt cold doctrine, prepared volt cold particles. The second part of the experimental group above30cases,30cases of control group, coupled with the healthy group30cases, to extract serum,excluding hemolysis, lipid and pollution samples, by ELISA double-antibodysandwich method, determination of serum IL-1β sICAM-1, ALT, and AST, CRE,BUN, and other indicators.Results:The first part,1, angina, total efficiency, the experimental group and64.29%in the controlgroup was44.83%, both by Ridit analysis found P <0.05, statistically significantdifferences.2, efficiency, sub-50%and31.03%, Ridit analysis, P<0.05statisticallysignificant differences in total blood stagnation syndrome. 3, the congenital V cold symptoms the total efficiency of the experimental groupwas85.71%,51.72%in the control group, Ridit analysis of the experimental groupand control group, P <0.01highly significant statistical difference.4, electrocardiogram total efficiency, the experimental group was53.57%in thecontrol group was44.83%Ridit analysis, P>0.05, no significant statistical difference.The two groups minus rate of nitroglycerin were29.17%and33.33%, significantdifference between the two.The second part,1, IL-1β, sICAM-1experimental group and control group and the healthygroup compared by the SNK method analysis, P <0.01, the experimental group andcontrol group and the healthy group, resulting in a very significant difference.experimental group and treatment group (P>0.05), showed no statistical difference.2, IL-1β, sICAM-1concentrations of the experimental group before and aftertreatment, P <0.01, group comparison results have very significant difference; IL-1β control group before and after treatment (P <0.05), group results The significantdifference of ICAM-1control group before and after treatment, P>0.05, groupcomparison showed no statistically significant difference.3, after treatment of IL-1β, sICAM-1experimental group and control groupbetween the two groups (P<0.01), compare the results have a very significantdifference.4, the experimental group and control group before and after treatment, thesafety index of ALT, AST, BUN, CR, P>0.05, two groups showed no significantstatistical difference.Conclusions:1, congenital congenital volt cold particles in patients with stableangina pectoris volt cold syndrome is effective, it can effectively reduce the co-Blood Stasis Syndrome of stable coronary artery disease congenital volt coldsyndrome in the Western points, but also increase the efficacy of blood circulationdrugs, but the effect is not evident in the ECG with nitroglycerin.2,Congenital volt cold particles can effectively reduce coronary heart disease in patients with congenital volt cold syndrome serum IL-1β, sICAM-1, can effectivelyprevent the delay the occurrence and progression of chronic inflammation of thecoronary vessels.
