Objective:Investigate the serum total bilirubin(TB),C3,C4 and H,LDL,HDL-C-C,total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)levels in coronary heart disease(CHD)v type cold syndrome with coronary heart disease(CHD)other certificate(qi deficiency of qi and blood stasis, blood stasis, heart kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, heart kidney Yang deficiency)differences in behavior for congenital coronary artery disease fell cold syndrome differential provides the basis. Methods: 1.Choose between January 2018 and December 2018 in changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of cardiovascular internal medicine wards in the hospital,347 cases of coronary heart disease patients, according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,180 finalists, all patients by coronary angiography examination, according to whether the patient has a history of coronary heart disease(CHD)and found that operation is narrowed coronary arteries 50% or more,With reference to the Chinese medicine clinical research guiding principles of drug treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)and TCM industry standard of the People's Republic of China "standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine"(ZY/T001.1-94)to formulate the standard of coronary heart disease(CHD)of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patients divided into qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,qi and blood stasis, heart kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, kidney Yin deficiency syndrome and congenital heart fell cold syndrome, screening typical symptoms of patients into the group of inspection, and then select 30 patients with health as healthy controls.2.A total of 180 subjects were studied, including 30 healthy subjects,13 females and 17 males, with an average age of 53.47 5.60 years. The average age was 55.70 9.24 years. There were 30 patients in the qi stagnation and blood stasis group, including 17 males and13 females, with an average age of 53.10 7.14 years. There were 30 patients in the qi deficiency and blood stasis group, including 18 males and 12 females, with an average age of 54.93 6.37 years. There were 30 patients in the heart-kidney Yin deficiency group, including 14 males and 16 females, with an average age of 56.17 5.46 years. There were 30 patients in the heart and kidney Yang deficiency group, including 18 males and 12 females, with an average age of 56.20 6.12 years. To compare the differences of serum total bilirubin(TB),complement C3,C4,H,ldl-c,hdl-c,total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)between CHD patients with cold syndrome and those with other syndromes.3.Statistical method: SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to analyze and process the data. The measurement data of normal distribution were expressed by mean standard deviation(x s).The comparison between groups was performed by independent sample t test. The counting data were expressed as percentages, and the chi-square test and Fisher's exact probability method were used. Results: 1.Comparison of low-density lipoprotein: the serum low-density lipoprotein in the vohan group was significantly different from that of other groups, and the average ldl-c of the vohan group was higher than that of other groups.2.Comparison of high-density lipoprotein: the serum hdl-c in the fu han group was significantly different from that in the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the heart-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome, and the average high-density lipoprotein in the fu han syndrome was significantly lower than that in the above three groups.3.Comparison of total cholesterol: the mean value of total cholesterol in the fu han group was significantly different from qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. The mean value of total cholesterol in the cold syndrome was significantly higher than that in the above three groups.4.Comparison of triglycerides: there was no significant difference between the foghan group and other groups.5.Comparison of bilirubin: the mean value of bilirubin in the fu han group was significantly different from that in the heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome group.6.Comparison of complement factor C3: the average value of complement factor C3 in the fu han group was significantly higher than that of qi deficiency and blood stasissyndrome and heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.7.Comparison of complement factor C4: the average value of complement factor C4 in the fu han group was significantly higher than that of qi deficiency and blood stasis.8.Comparison of complement factor H: the mean value of complement factor H in the fu han group was significantly different from qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome and heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. Conclusion: coronary heart disease, congenital v cold syndrome and there are differences between qi and blood stasis factor for LDL-C,serum TC,there are differences between qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of serum factor for LDL-C,TC,hdl-c leel,C3,C4 and H,there are differences between heart and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome serum factor for LDL,HDL-C-C,there are differences between heart and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of the factor of LDL-C,serum TC,TB,C3,H.
