Objection:To explore the effect of bone regeneration using two different osteomineral,CS-Aand BIO-OSSMethod:Fifteen adult New Zealand white rabbits, male, enough old, were divided three groups randomly, five rabbits(marked byA、B、 C)included in each group which were anesthetized by1%pentobarbital,were cut the hair of inferior margin of mandible and the wall of right Posterior limb,4CM incision was done at the inferior margin of mandible and mueosa、muscular layer and bone was exposed, but the periosteum was eonserved15mmX6mmX4mm bone defect was prepared about5mm before angle of mandible and3mm above inferior margin of mandible using round bur.We put the osteomineral according to the design A (group of CS-A):CS; B (group of BI):BIO-OSS; C(group of CS-BI):CS(0.936mg)+BIO-OSS,in the left and right bone defect of each rabbit,then sew up each tissue clayer.Gentamicin(80thousand unite, muscle)was injected in the following five days to prevent from inflanunation.At the 30day,60day,90day,calcein(10mg/kg),alizarin(30mg/kg),calcein(10mg/kg)was injected under fur skin of its cervical part, respectively.After30day,60day,90day,5rabbits was sacrificed by injecting air to the vein in the ear, respectively.Then the jaw we needed was taken to investigate by X—ray,histology of HE staining and sclerous tissues blade fluorescence microseope to compare the bone regeneration.And then we analysis the results with SPSS,and it’s utility if P<0.05.Result:Fifteen rabbits were all alive and no infection.The observation of histology indicated that at30day,the area of bone defect of the group of CS,BI existed many fibrous tissue and infl.Cells just had thimbleful osteoblast.The area of bone defect of the group of CS+BI have enough blood and can be found osteoblast and a little quantity non—mature bone;at60day, although the area of bone defect of the group of CS,BI have little newly formed bone, also many fibrous tissue and haversian System could be found and a bit of mineral wasn’t absorbed;the area of bone defect of the group of CS+BI, and other of the area had sign to calcify.Most of the area was osteoblast that began to pyknosis;At90days, the area of bone defect of the group of CS,BI had part of mature newly formed bone,but at the cavitas medullaris, there were necrosis evidence and some area had been necrosis.the area of bone defect of the group of CS+BI was full of mature bone and appeared amounts of Haversian System.At the visual field, almost all osteoblast have pyknosis.At30day,60day,90day,the examination of the bone density of bone regeneration indiaeted that between group of CS,BI,there was no distinguished difference,but the group of CS+BI had distinguished difference.The Mean and Standard deviation of each group at different point:The numerical value of area rate of newly bone:between the group of CS,BI, there was no distinguished difference, but the value of the group of CS+BI was higher than the above two groups, The Mean and Standard deviation of each group at different point:at30day, the group of CS14.43±4.42,the group of BI15.13±9.05, the group of CS+BI45.06±4.13;at60day,the group of CS36.13±3.19, the group of BI37.06±4.78, the group of CS+BI65.72±9.29; at90day, the group of CS64.09±9.32, the group of BI64.18±11.98, the group of CS+BI87.78±8.13.
