The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Technique To Pseudobulbar Palsy After Cerebralinfarction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the acupuncture added to rehabilitation in treating the patient who were suffering from poststroke pseudobulbar palsy.Methods:60cases of pseudobulbar palsy were randomly divided into two groups, each group30cases.The two groups would base on the conventional medication combined with scalp acupuncture and rehabilitation. The control group add the traditional acupuncture treatment; the treatment group add the nape, tongue acupuncture treatment. The capability classification of swallowing and speech were observed and assessed between pre-treatment and post-treatment in each group.Results:The total effectiveness that improving swallowing function of two groups respectively was93.33%,96.67%, comparison of the two groups there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05); the total effectiveness that improving speech function of two groups respectively was73.33%,86.67%, comparison of the two groups there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The acupuncture added to rehabilitation for treatment of poststroke pseudobulbar palsy have a significant effect, can obviously improve the swallowing and speech function classification.2. The nape, tongue acupuncture treatment is better than the traditional acupuncture treatment in treating poststroke pseudobulbar palsy.3.
