Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Dysphagia Caused By Pseudobulbar Palsy By Needle Rehabilitation Trainin

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation therapy with acupuncture in the treatment of pseudobulbar swallowing disorder,and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: A total of 105 patients with pseudobulbar swallowing disorder were divided into three groups by random number table method,each group of 35 people,namely rehabilitation training group(rehabilitation group),acupuncture plus rehabilitation training group(acupuncture rehabilitation group),and rehabilitation training with acupuncture group(with acupuncture group).The rehabilitation group only received rehabilitation training.Acupuncture rehabilitation group received acupuncture plus rehabilitation training.With acupuncture group received rehabilitation training with acupuncture.All three groups were treated for five consecutive days with two days off.The treatment is a two-week course of treatment,with a total of three courses.Standard swallowing function assessment SSA,modified water swallow test evaluation MWST,and functional oral intake scale FOIS were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the three groups.After treatment,MWST was used as the standard in Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicines.All data were processed by SPSS26.0 statistical software.Outcome:1.There was no statistical difference in the gender,age,course of the disease,SSA,MWST,and FOIS before treatment among the three groups(P>0.05).2.Comparing MWST,FOIS and SSA,there were statistical differences among three groups after treatment,P<0.01;Compared before and after treatment in each group,P<0.01 was statistically significant;Pairwise comparison among the three groups after treatment showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant.3.The total effective rate was statistically different among the three groups(P<0.05).The effective rate of rehabilitation group was 70.59%,and that of acupuncture rehabilitation group was 84.85%,the effective rate of the with acupuncture group was 90.62%.The total effective rate of the rehabilitation group was compared with the acupuncture rehabilitation group,and the rehabilitation group with the with acupuncture group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the total effective rate between acupuncture rehabilitation group and the with acupuncture group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Rehabilitation training,acupuncture plus rehabilitation training,rehabilitation training with acupuncture can increase MWST,FOIS grade and reduce SSA score in different degrees,and improve patients’ dysphagia.Rehabilitation training with acupuncture is better than the other two kinds of training,and acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is better than rehabilitation training.2.In terms of the total effective rate,the effective rate of the acupuncture rehabilitation group and the with acupuncture group was higher than that of the rehabilitation group,and there was no difference between the acupuncture rehabilitation group and the with acupuncture group.In clinical practice,rehabilitation therapy combining traditional Chinese therapy can be used.
