The Clinical Observation Of Renal Kang Injection Failure Of Renal Fibrosis Indices Of The Influence

Objective:To observe the kidney kang injection chronic renal failure on the influence of the renal fibrosis indices and curative effect.Methods:This study choose wet muddy chronic renal failure and blood stasis in patients in60cases were randomly divided into the treatment group renal kang injection30cases (treatment group) and injection salvia-miltiorrhiza treatment group30patients (control group). The treatment group based on routine treatment, add with renal kang injection treatment,100ml/time,1time/day, intravenous drip, treatment4weeks. The control group based on routine treatment, add with injection salvia miltiorrhiza treatment,400mg/time,1time/day, intravenous drip, treatment4weeks. Two groups of patients were observed before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms and the overall effect of the changes of the physical signs, and observe fibrosis indices (HA, PC-Ⅲ, Col-ⅣandLN), renal function (Ccr, Scr and BUN), routine blood (Hb, RBC), ion (Ca, P, K), the changes of the index.Results:1.The treatment group and control group total curative effect of traditional chinese medical syndrome and total curative effect is statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than in control group.2.The treatment group delay CRF patients in renal fibrosis, reduce HA, PC-Ⅲ, Col-Ⅳ, LN levels better than control group, both compared with statistical significance (P<0.05).3.The treatment group compared with controls, in improving the renal function, reduce the BUN, Scr level, and improve the Ccr level in significant difference (P<0.05), the treatment group than in control group.4.Treatment group and control group of blood Hb, RBC, Ca, P and K have no obvious effect, was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Kidney kang injection can improve wet muddy and blood stasis early to mid CRF patients for clinical symptoms and signs.2.Kidney kang injection can effectively reduce the CRF patients HA, PC-Ⅲ, Col-Ⅳ, LN the index level, delay renal fibrosis progress; Effectively reduce CRF patients of Scr, BUN, improve the Ccr level, improve renal function.3.Kidney kang of the blood of inj ection CRF patients Hb、RBC、Ca、P and K index no significant effect.
