Clinical Effect Of Shen Kang Suppository On Chronic Renal Failure And Its Effect On Renal Fibrosis Index

Objective:Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shen Kang suppository in the treatment of chronic renal failure in stage II-III and its effect on renal fibrosis.Methods:In this study,66 patients were selected in accordance with TCM syndrome differentiation and blood stasis syndrome,and the II-III period of chronic renal failure in western medicine was divided into the control group(33 cases)and the treatment group(33 cases).On the basis of the general symptomatic treatment of Western medicine,the control group was treated with the retention enema of yitat,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with kidney Kang suppository.Rectal administration,8 weeks as a course of treatment,using two groups of control methods to compare,and the two groups of patients after the treatment of clinical symptoms and laboratory indicators of changes in the situation,the final use of SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:1.In improving the TCM syndrome of CRF(wet and blood stasis type),the clinical effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 83.34%and 78.13%respectively,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.Compared with the control group,the two groups could reduce the level of serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and blood uric acid(UA),and increase the rate of endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr),but the former was better than the latter in the treatment group.3.The levels of laminin(LN)and type IV collagen(Col-IV)in both the treatment group and the control group were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Shen Kang suppository can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure patients with dampness and blood stasis,and reduce the score of TCM syndrome.2.Shen Kang suppository can reduce the levels of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid in patients with chronic renal failure,and increase the level of endogenous creatinine clearance.3.Shen Kang suppository can effectively reduce the level of serum laminin and type IV collagen in patients with chronic renal failure,inhibit the progression of fibrosis and control the damage of renal function.
