The Effect Of Lingqi Capsule On Serum Of Colorectal Cancer Lovo Cell In Bearing Nude Mice Of Cox-2and Vegf

Objective:To discuss the antitumor effect of Lingqi-capsule. Through the body of experimental study on colorectal cancer sarcoma mice.Methods:The model of colorectal cancer sarcoma mice was set up by Injection the human colorectal cancer Lovo cell to the right armpit of mice. Take the modeling, the mice were randomly divided into five groups of50,the high, middle and low dosage group, Positive control groupd and the Model control group, take another10mice as the blank control group. Giving Lingqi-capsule for21days, Observe the vital sign of the tumor bearing mice for ex ample:Food intake and the quantity of the Water. Take the tumor to weigh, compute the rate of inhibiting tumor and the immunity organs index. the content of COX-2and VEGF in its peripheral blood with the methods of ELISA.Results:Lingqi capsule obviously inhibits tumor of the colorectal cancer sarcoma mice.The inhibitory rate of high, middle and low dosage group is34.76%,32.38%and31.00%, Compared with model control group, the difference was statistically significant P<0.01. Lingqi-capsule also could not show markedly effect on basic status of sarcoma mice and the immune organ index. colorectal cancer sarcoma mice,and could be better than Positive control groupd. Compared with the model group, the content of COX-2is significantly reduce in peripheral blood of each group of Lingqi-capsule.And the content of VEGF is significantly reduce in the high and the middle dosage group.Conclusions:Lingqi capsule can obviously inhibit tumor of colorectal Lovo cell cancer sarcoma mice. But did not show serious adverse reactions on basic status of mice and the immune organ index.The inhibiting tumor would through decreasing the content of COX-2and VEGF.
