The Effect Of Lingqi Capsule On Serum Of Colorectal Cancer Lovo Cell In Bearing Nude Mice Of TNF-α And Il-6

Objectives:To discuss Lingqi capsule on serum of Lovo colorectal cancer cells in bearing nude mice of TNF-a and IL-6content effect. Further explore the mechanism of action.Methods:Collect the Lovo colorectal cancer cells in logarithmic growth phase,and adjust the density to5×106/ml with medium, then vaccinate the cells in the subcutaneous of right axillary of50nude mice,finally establish the model of colorectal cancer in bearing nude mice successfully. Then randomly divided them into five groups,Lingqi capsule in high、middle、low dose group, positive control group、model group,10mice per group, and add10nude mice as blank control group,all are six groups.Then feed the mice with Lingqi capsule in high、middle、low, Compound Tegafur Tablets and physiological saline respectively every day,amount to21days. Measure the water and food every group per day;weight the mice before experiment and after. Then take blood from the mouse eyes after the last day of experiment, detect clusters of nude mice peripheral blood TNF-a and IL-6content with ELISA.Put the mice to death, weigh the tumor body and spleen.Calculate the tumor inhibition rate and spleen index.Results:1.The tumor inhibition rate of Lingqi capsule high, middle, low dose group are34.76%、32.38%、31.00%. Lingqi capsule can obviously inhibit the growth of tumor. And Lingqi capsule impact the mice water、food and weight with little effect.Compared with the positive control group Compound Tegafur Tablets, the curative effect of Lingqi capsule is better;2.The spleen index of Lingqi capsule high, middle、low dose group are94.58mg/g、98.88mg/g、95.66mg/g. Lingqi capsule can’t impact the weight of immune organ spleen obviously.lt is profit to cure the colorectal cancer.3. Compared with the model group,the high、middle、low dose group of Lingqi can increase the content of TNF-α and reduce the content of IL-6in serum of the Lovo colorectal cancer cells in nude mice.Conclusions:Lingqi capsule can obviously inhibit the Lovo colorectal cancer cells of nude mice.The mechanism may be:improving abnormal state of immune of the tumor mice, regulating imbalance of immune function.
