The Clinical Effect Of "Jia Wei Da Chai Hu Tang " With Rectal Drip Into The Law In Treating The Children Who With A Cold(Exterior Heat And Interior Excess)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of "Jia wei da chai hu tangwith rectal drip into the law in treating the children who with acold(exterior heat and interior excess). Methods:60cases of children who with a cold(exterior heat andinterior excess), using randomized controlled methods were divided intotreatment group and control group, treatment group30cases were treatedwith "Jia wei da chai hu tang" with rectal drip into the law; control group30cases were treated with "Jia wei da chai hu tang " with an oral. With3-day course of treatment, to analysis and evaluate the efficacy of the twogroups. The effect in treatment group is better than in control group. Results:The results of the treatment showed that the treatment groupcould markedly alleviate body temperature of patients,the total effectiverate in the treatment group and the control group was86.67%and76.67%.Two groups of comparisons difference have no statisticalsignificance. Conclusion:" Jia weida chai hu tang" with rectal drip into the law hasobvious clinical effect in treating the children who with a cold(exterior heatand interior excess),it is worth clinical application.
