The positive expression of TIMP-2in NSCLC carcinoma tissueswas42.5%lower than that72.5%in para-cancerous tissues. RECK-expression in cancertissue was correlated with histological types and grades.Positive expression ofMT1-MMP and TIMP-2were correlated with lymph node metastasis and TNM stage, but no relationship with pathology subtype and histological grades. The expressionsbetween RECK and MT1-MMP were presented negative correlation. The expressionsbetween RECK and TIMP-2were no significant correlation. The expressions betweenMT1-MMP and TIMP-2were presented negative correlation(r=-0.635,P<0.05).Multivariable logisitic regression analysis found that low expression of RECKproteinwas the poor prognosis factor. Conclusion: The expression of RECK and MT1-MMP have some correlations inNSCLC.The expression of RECK,MT1-MMP and TIMP-2may take part in theprogress of NSCLC.RECK gene and MT1-MMP may be the indexs to predict thebiological behaviour and prognosis of NSCLC patients. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Non-Small-Cell Lung Cancer, matrix metalloproteinases, tissue inhibitor ofmatrix metalloproteinases, RECK gene | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
