The Experimental Research On Treatment Of The Chronic And Abacterial Prostatitis With Q.NO.1

Objective: To prove the treatment action of Q.NO.1 on the chronic and abacterial prostatitis and to study the valid treatment project of chronic and nonbacteria prostatitis. And to provide the dependable basis for the clinical application.Method: 75 male SD rats were chosen 8～9 weeks old and 200±20g weight. 15 rats were randomly selected as the pseudo operation group(PO.group) after 7days.The rest were anaesthetized with 10% Chloral hydrate, made the middle belly incision about 1cm injected 0.2ml 25% Xiaozhiling liquid into two leaves near back in the prostate and suture the belly in the asepsis operation.The pseudo operation group wer infected with 0.2ml Xiaozhiling liquid in the same part. 7 days after the mold building, they were randomly divided into 4 groups , namely the pathologic model group(PM group), the high dosage group of Qinliening NO.1(shortened form: the high dosage group), the low dosage group of Qinliening NO.1(shortened form: the low dosage group),the masculine group(M group). After 14 days, 2 rats from each group were sacrificed to take the prostate lipuid about 10μl for bacteria cultivation, taking one side were dropped into 10% formaldehyde liquid,dehydrated in the normal regulations, embed in paraffin, cut into slices about 5μm, the HE dyed and observed in the light microscope. The other side were weighed and then made into 10% homogenate .After the mold-building was confirmed, treat started.The pseudo operation group and pathologic model group were given normal saline of the same quantity;The high and low dosage group were given respectively Qianliening NO.1 liquid 11.5ml/kg druggery(equivalent 23.04g/kg rude masculine )and 5.75ml/kg druggery.The masculine group were fed with Nankangpian admixture liquid 8ml/kg(equivalent 16g/kg rude masculine ).After 15 days,all of them were killed to get the material needed and observed all kinds of targets.Results1 The effect of the mold-building after 14 days: There were a flood of lymphoid cells and mononuclear cell,etc. inside the prostate mesenchyme cellular immunity in the light microscope, parts of glands mesenchyme cellular immunity clustered,inflammation cell immunity and fiber connective tissue hyperplasia, made mesenchyme obviously abroad. The result of bactria cultivation is negative.All of the above proved that the model-building was successful,which was in accordance with the report of literature.2 The resusts after treatment completed.2.1 The resusts of observation through naked eyes. The surroundings of rat's prostate of the pseudo operation group had no connect,with smooth surface, no segment of node, pompadour and soft;The pathologic model group conglutinated seriously and couldn't be to separate easily;gland body swelled very differently, grey or wine, some of which had nodosity and was hard;The surroundings of rats prostate of the high dosage group had no conglutination, the prostate did not swell. It is soft and slightly wine;The surroundings of rats prostate of the low dosage group conglutinated and swelt lightly,which is wine and a bit hard;The surroundings of big rat prostate of the drug group conglutinated and swelt lightly.It was wine and a bit hard. 2.2 The resusts of observation through light microcope: prostate of the pseudo operation group was packed by a retia constituted by fiber connective tissue and smooth muscles,and was connected and spreaded inside of gland body.The size of prostate lacuna was different.The surface of gland epithelium formatted a lot of folds, which made gland irregular.Most of gland epithelium were single layer and column form or cubical, some were the false replying layer;There were a flood of lymphoid cell, mononuclear cell,etc. in between prostate epithelium of the pathologic model group.Some lymphoid cell clustered obviously. inflammation cell immunity and fibrous connectivetissue hyperplasia made interstitial broadening between gland epithelium;Inflammation cell of the high dosage group decreased obviously with a bit lymphoid cell;The mononucl...
