Objective: To explore the curative effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy in treating thenarrow airway by endobronchial tuberculosis. Methods: Xinjiang medical universityfirst affiliated hospital respiratory medicine were analyzed retrospectively from jan2009to January2012, the first time diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis with34patients ofclinical material in the hospital, and in combination with relevant data treatment methodsand effect to compare the analysis and evaluation. Results: The34patients first diagnosedby the bronchoscopy mucosal biopsy as bronchial lining tuberculosis with the differentintervention, line frozen, high-frequency electrotome and argon knife, balloon dilatation, and stent placement and so on, at the same time give four league fight ed tuberculosismedicaments oral therapy, the clinical symptoms of34patients are significant reliefbefore discharge, after interventional treatment were significantly increased airwaydiameter wide, including25cases narrow airway completely open,9cases partly open(less than two-thirds), to check electronic bronchoscopy after a month, including22casescure, effective9cases, invalid in3,1cases of appears granulation tissue hyperplasialumen narrow again, one of which cases appears Scar stricture again one of which casesappears within a stent mesh granulation tissue hyperplasia lumen narrow again.Conclutions: The intervention treatment technology and the timing of the differentpathological features of the bronchial lining tuberculosisis is not same. The pathologicaland histological characteristics belong to the early bronchial lining tuberculosis usingfreezing or and high-frequency electrotome joint intervention is sure the curative effect ofway to gain, Balloon expansion is still the first treated means for scar stricture type ofbronchial lining tuberculosis. cryotherapy is identified the ideal treatment for granulationproliferation of bronchial lining tuberculosis. we can shoose stent implantation for Stablebronchial lining tuberculosis if necessary.
