Clinical Study On Poly Cystic Ovary Syndrome Accompanied Anovulation By Invigorating Kidney And Activating Blood Circulation And Regulating Chong Drink

Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of method of Invigorating Kidney and activating blood circulation and regulating Chong drink on treating Polycystic ovary syndrome accompanied anovulation. Statistics the correlation between polycystic ovary syndrome and anti ovary antibody of a small sample. Provide a theoretical basis and treatment methods for clinical treatment.Method:Theory study and clinical observation were involved in this study.Selecting and analyzing classic and modern articles were the main methods of theory study.In clinical observation, Selecting50Patients with PCOS accompanied anovulation, divided into control group and experimental group in25cases at random.Experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine based on the method of Invigorating Kidney and activating blood circulation and regulating Chong.The course of treatment should be last3menstrual cycle. Masured before treatment and after treatment in patients with serum T, LH, FSH, LH/FSH, anti ovary antibody, monitoring ovulation meanwhile recorded before treatment and after treatment in patients with menstrual conditions, infertility, hirsutism, acne, obesity and other changes.Results:①Clinical efficacy.Experimental group, markedly effective in2cases accounting for5%, effective in19cases accounting for79%, invalid in4cases accounting for16%, total efficiency accounting for84.00%. Control group effective in4cases accounting for16%, invalid in21cases accounting for84%, total efficiency accounting for16.00%.②The clinical symptoms, physical signs:There was a statistical difference in two groups of ovulation rate before and after treatment. The ovulation rate of the experimental group was33.82%.(P<0.01)③Reproductive endocrine hormone levels:The rate of preganacy was The levels of serum T, LH and LH/FSH were markedly lower than before.(P<0.05)Conclusion:Method of Invigorating Kidney and activating blood circulation and regulating Chong was proved efficient in the clinical research.By regulating the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis function, can effectively improve the patient’s endocrine hormone levels, effectively reduce the T, LH, LH/FSH, adjust the menstrual cycle, promote ovalulation, improve symptoms of hirsutism, acne, obesity and so on.
