Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of The Non-obese Women With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome With The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Activating Blood Circulating

Objective Observation of the clinical efficacy of PCOS with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating, exploration the more effective treatment method of non-obese women with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods All the non-obese patient with polycystic ovary syndrome is treated with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating at Professor Qi lu-guang’s clinic.Using the method of self-controlled study is to observe of the menstruation and syndromes of TCM, acne and hirsutism cases, pregnancy, insulin and sex hormones level, B-ultrasound after the treatment, and to the establishment of a database, using SPSS17.0software for the analysis, to the observation of the clinical efficacy of PCOS with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating.Results A total of42medicine records,15cases were cured, the cure rate was35.71%16cases was markedly effective, the rate was38.10%,20patients were Effective, effective rate was46.51%.0case was ineffective, inefficient rate was0%. The total effective rate was100%. Among Fertility requirements of31people, there are11people pregnant, the pregnancy rate was35.48%. After treatment, serum LH, LH/FSH, T levels and insulin lever were lower, The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the scores of B-ultrasound were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of menstruation, medicine symptoms and acne symptom were decreased, and the difference was significant (P <0.05); the change of hirsutisim score is not obvious, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).there was no obvious adverse reaction in the medical treatment, the method is safe and effective.Conclusion Clinical efficacy of non-obese PCOS with the method of invigorating the kidney and activating blood circulating is affirmed. Afer treatment,menst-rucatal disorder, the clinical symptoms of TCM, acne symptom, ovarian morphology volume, hormone level can be can be significantly improved, and the chances of conception is increased. The mechanism may be by reducing insulin, reducing insulin resistance, lower androgen levels and restore physiological function of hypothalamic-pituitary ovarian axis, and altering the internal environment, adjusting the menstrual cycle to improve the pregnancy rates...
