Objective:Clarify the status and role of hot and humid in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis, and to observe the clinical effect of the bowel the dampness side treatment of ulcerative colitis, and to collect the relevant literature, the meta-analysis of literature basis from the hot and humid on the Treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods:A randomized and control clinical study,60cases of patients with active UC belongs to phlegmy heat implication certificated were divided into Chinese medicine group (30cases) and Western medicine (30cases). Treatment group were treated with Qingchanghuashifang Decoction (QD) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),match up enema of TCM. Control group were given enteric-coated tablets of mesalazine4g/d orally for12weeks. Compared with the two groups in symptom score of patients, occult blood changes, colonoscopy and a therapeutic response rate and to monitor drug safety. Meta-analysis:to retrieve total library of Chinese Academic Journal Web publishing, master thesis database, the Chinese Academy of full-text database, Chinese Scientific Journals Database (VP) and Pumed database in English and Chinese randomized controlled trial (RCT) literature. literature met the requirements woud included in the study and to extract characteristic information included in the study. data analysis with the Revman software, test of heterogeneity, and select the appropriate effects model according to the results of the heterogeneity and finally draw a funnel plot and Egger regression equation toassess whether publication biasResults:Clinical research:the end of treatment in improving abdominal pain, tenesmus, anal burning and total symptom score aspects of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the WM group (P<0.05). Improve diarrhea, sepsis symptoms, fecal occult blood was negative rate, no significant difference between the two groups. Chinese medicine group, the total effective rate was83.3%; WM group total effective rate was66.7%, compared to two groups, the Medicines better than western medicine group, a statistically significant (P<0.05). TCM group better than the WM group (P<0.05) in the treatment of patients with intestinal mucosal lesions, and histology of the colon and improve intestinal mucosal healing rates compared with no significant Two sets of comprehensive efficacy and response rate compared to no significant (P>0.05). Meta-analysis results:9RCTs,805patients were enrolled, compared with the western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group significant efficiency OR=1.61,95%CI:1.11-2.34;6months after the recurrence rate:OR=0.35,95%CI:0.17-0.71. Significantly the efficiency of the funnel plot of the recurrence rate are basically rendered under the wide and narrow symmetrical graphics, linear regression constant test statistic prompted no publication bias, the P values were0.126,0.437Conclusion:Clinical study:the bowel dampness Treatment of active UC of damp certificate is effective and safe, and abdominal pain, anal burning, tenesmus, symptoms overall, the improvement of the lesions of mucous membrane under the colonoscopy, comprehensive curative effects of improvements than Americasalad triazine. Meta-analysis:TCM to cure ulcerative colitis efficiency from the hot and humid on the recurrence rate was significantly better than the WM group, evidence-based medicine basis.
