Experimental Research On The Effect Of Enzymology And The Expression Of Nerve Growth Factor On Cerebral Ischemia Of Tonifying The Kidney, Resolving Phlegm, And Invigorating Qi, Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:In order to investigate the base of the tonifying the kideny and resolving phlegm, invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation therapy, and the mechanism of its to prevent neuro-protection on cerebral ischemia injury. Methods: A cerebral ischemia model was made by using a monofilament nylon thread to occlude the artary in rats. Several pathomorphological, biochemical and immunohistochemical methods were used to observe dynamically at the whole , cellular, molecular levels to explore the mechanism of the tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation therapy. Results:Dihuang Yinzi can decrease the contents of MDA; increase the activity of Na+-k+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase and SOD in ischemia cerebral cells.It can also induce and increase the expression of NGF in cerebral. Conclusion:It is the most imporant principle of treatment on ischemic apoplexy to tonifying the kidney and resolving phlegm invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation. According to it , Dihuang Yinzi has effective protection on cerebral ischemia injury. The mechnism of this action is possible relate to protect and cure cerebral edema, anti-lipid peroxidation, and induce the expression of NGF. The results demonstrate the feasibility and future of complex prescription of Chinese materia medicin to prevent ischemic apoplexy.
