Prevention Study Of Hypertensive Population Based On The TCM Model Comniunity(Shandong Pingyuan Mode)-Community Prehypertensive Population Syndrome Factor And Syndrome Characteristics

Objective: Investigation on the distribution of prehypertension symptoms andrelated factors were carried out by use of cross-sectional survey method, and to explorethe distribution characteristic and regulations of prehypertension basic syndrome typeand thus to provide the basis of basic syndromes of prehypertension.Methods: In Pinyuan County of Shandong Province screen out1050cases the agemore than18years old people of organs and institutions of prehypertention, through astandard form of questionnaire survey to collect baseline information such as age, sex,weight, heart rate, etc, existed risk elements information and quantitative dataclassification syndrome:1.According to "Chinese medicine clinical research guidingprinciples” and"TCM deficiency dialectical standard", established standard sub-type,kidney deficiency and non-kidney deficiency syndrome.2.According to prehypertensionsyndrome factor frequency distribution,certificated syndrome factor authenticati-on.3.Through cluster analysis, hierarchical clustering of the dialectical factor standardwas analysed to explain the correlation between each syndrome factor and thus toprovide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Results:1.In766prehypertensive patients of the commom syndromes,the singlesyndrome is in a larger proportion in the standard syndrome distribution. yinxuyangkangcase(35%), ganhu-okangsheng case(33%),yinyangliangxu case(20%),tanshiyongshengcase(5%), compound syndrome is in the proportion of less than3%;in the kidney deficiency and non-kidney deficiency syndrome, kidney deficiency syndrome(35%) isless in the proportion than non-kidney deficiency syndrome(40%). The kidney deficiencyand non-kidney deficiency syndrome was analysed by Chi-square test,the result is:P=0.133(P>0.05),there is no significant difference.2.The patients of YinxuyangkangCase permit the emergence of a higher frequency syndrome factors: Forgetfulness,nocturia, tinnitus,dizziness,dry mouth etc(more than30%);the patients of Ganhuokang-sheng Case permit the emergence of frequency syndrome factors: Irritability, forgetfuln-ess, nocturia, urinate yellow or red etc(more than30%);the patients of YinyangliangxuCase permit the emergence of a higher frequency syndrome factors: Aversion to cold,nocturia, forgetfulness, deafness, tinnitus etc (more than30%);the patients ofTanshiyongsheng Case permit the emergence of a higher frequency syndrome factors:Forgetfulness, night nocturia, head such as wrap, chest tightness, dizziness etc (more than30%);the patients of kidney deficiency syndrome permit the emergence of a higherfrequency syndrome factors: Nocturia, forgetfulness, blurred vision, hair dull and teethshake, backache etc (more than30%);the patients of non-kidney deficiency syndromepermit the emergence of a higher frequency syndrome factors: Irritability, forgetfulness,nocturia and found yellow or red etc (more than30%);3.Irritability, forgetfulness,nocturia clustered into one group in Yinxuyangkang Case, irritability, dry mouth,nocturia, forgetfulness clustered into one group in Ganhuokangsheng Case, aversion tocold, forgetfulness, nocturia, hair dull and teeth shake clustered into one group inYinyangliangxu Case,head such as wrap, chest tightness, dizziness, forgetfulnessclustered into one group in Tanshiyongsheng Case.Conclusion:1.Combined with the four standard sub-type distribution, significantdifference was occured between the high normal blood pressure in common syndrometypes.2.The syndrome factors of Yinxuyangkang Case maybe: forgetfulness, nocturia,tinnitus,;the syndrome factors of Ganhuokangsheng Case maybe: irritability, urinateyellow or red,mouth pain, dry mouth, dizziness;the syndrome factors of YinyangliangxuCase maybe: aversion to cold, nocturia, forgetfulness, blurred vision, hair dull and teethshake,deafness, tinnitus, backache;the syndrome factors of Tanshiyongsheng Casemaybe: head such as wrap chest tightness, dizziness.3.Combined with the frequencydistribution of syndrome factor in the kidney deficiency and non-kidney deficiencysyndrome,suggesting that kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome.4.Combined with the frequency distribution of syndrome factor in the kidney deficiency and non-kidney deficiency syndrome and cluster analysis,the syndrome factors of kidneydeficiency syndrome maybe are:nocturia, backache, tinnitus, deafness;the syndromefactors of non-kidney deficiency syndrome maybe mainly is liver system disease．...
