Clinical Research On Behcet’s Disease TCM Treatment Based On Combination Of Disease And Syndrome

Objective: Our research aims to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of TCMtreatment by comparing curative effect indexes, safety indexes, relapse and adversereactions between the treatment group and control group. Methods:30patients wererandomly divided into treatment group and d control group, the treatment group treatedwith Chinese medicine by disease syndromes and the control group selected Thalidomide50mg/day.Treat for2months to observe the varieties of indexes such as curative effectindex and index of syndrome of TCM, and follow up for3months to watch recurrence andadverse reactions. Results: We compared treatment group with control group aftertreatment, the efficacy in Behcet’s disease, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests were nosignificant differences (P>0.05), relapse rate and adverse reactions of the treatment groupwere significant difference (P <0.05) than the control group. Conclusion: The TCMtreatment based on combination of disease and syndrome of Behcet’s disease has made agood effect and better security, it effectively extend the recurrence of long-term effect thanthe Western. Our research of this dissertation has been proved to be right.
