Clinical Research On The Evaluation Criteria Of Computer Evaluation System In Acupuncture Treatment Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective: Preliminarily formulate evaluation criteria of computer evaluation system,based on472facial paralysis patients’ global scores and regional scores according to H-Brating scale and computer evaluation system.Methods: Analyze the results of computer evaluation system and traditionalassessment system of472Facial Paralysis patients at the same time (before and afteracupuncture treatment) by SPSS17.0software package, to relate the scores of computerevaluation system to the correlative scores of traditional assessment system, then toformulate evaluation criteria of computer evaluation system.Results: There are obvious negative correlations and simple linear regressionsbetween computer evaluation system and traditional assessment system, both before andafter treatment. The assessment criteria of traditional assessment system are Clinical Cured,Markedly Effective, Effective and Ineffective, which are correspondingly related to thescores of computer evaluation system as below:100~86points,85~77points,76~52pointsand under52points.Conclusion: As a simple, more accurate and repeatable evaluation method, theformulated evaluation criteria of computer evaluation system can be applied to the clinicalpractice and research.
