Nowadays tumor is one of disease threat to human life and mostly anti-tumor drugs have significant toxic effects and adverse reactions. So looking for high efficacy,low side effects drug was still a hot field of resistance to cancer research from Chinese traditional medicine.Caragana microphylla Lam. is of Caragana species of leguminous dapartment, its bitter and cold, has anti-inflammatory, sedative, cardiac, diuretic, invigorating blood circulation and other effects.Reported in recent years,Caragana genus contain flavonoids,stilbene,sesquiterpenes and other compounds.however,there was few studies have reported the pharmacological action ingredient and chemical composition of artificial Caragana microphylla Lam.For more use and development form Changbai mountian national medicinal of Caragana microphylla Lam.,and to seek and find the monomer compouds with anti-tumor activity.Set up animal S180sarcoma memthod, screening effective fraction about resisting tumor in the C.microphylla Lam.. It use ultrasonic extraction,then with petroleum ether,methylene chloride,ethyl acetate,n-butannol extraction. Fifeen compounds was isolated and purified by silica column and Sephadex LH-20. Eight of their structures were elucidated on the basis of the spectroscopic analysis (1H-NMR,13C-NMR、 FR-MS, et al),physical and chemical method. They are p-hydroxy cinnamic acid(1), stigmast-4en-3one (2), lupeo (3), lariciresinol (4), phydroxybenzoic acid (5), Genistein (6), nesveratrol (7),5-Hydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxy isofiavon e (8).Basis of the reported compounds1,3,6,7has anti-tumor activity. Compounds1-8were isolated from C.microphylla Lam.for the first time. Compoud6exhibited cytotoxicities with IC50values of30.54μM, respectively, against human cervical carcinoma cell.
