| Objective:To explore the clinical law of professor Ruan Shiwei in curing chronic kidney failure by identifying body constitution and combining differentiating diseases with differentiating zheng, and analyse its curative effect, then provide the evidence of better Treatment Protocols for patients with chronic kidney failure.Methods:To choose150patients with chronic renal failure by internalize and elimination standard, then divide them into treatment group (120cases:30patients in qi asthenia type、30patients in yin deficiency type、30patients in yang deficiency type、30patients in dampness-heat type) and control group (30cases).The treatment group was treated with western medicine and Chinese medicine which was based on the theory of body constitution differentiation., and the control group were treated with western medicine、Chinese medicine and (or) Niaoduqing Kel. Changes of symptoms, signs and related laboratory parameters were observed before and after treatment.Result:The totle effective rate of qi asthenia type、yin deficiency type、yang deficiency type and dampness-heat type in the treatment group were80.0%、86.7%、83.3%and86.7%while that in the control was66.7%, the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was higher than the control. Post-treatment, the clinical syndrome integral of the two groups was different with prior treatment (P<0.01), and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group. The BUN and Scr of the two groups were all improved after treatment (P <0.01or P<0.05), and there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group (P<0.01or P<0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of identifying body constitution and combining differentiating diseases with differentiating zheng was good at improving the patients clinical symptoms and renal function. |
