.90 Patients With Chronic Renal Failure And Renal Osteodystrophy Syndromes Evolution Preliminary

Objective:To observe the symptom-sign of ROD(renal osteodystrophy) patients and research it's rule of evolvement. To provide basis for Traditional Chinese medicine s treatment.Methods:1. CRF's diagnose-standard of western medicine was regulated according to the renal group of Chinese medical journal editor union's standard in 1993 year, ROD's diagnose-standard of western medicine was regulated according to the internal medicine diagnose-standard in 2001 year which Bei Zhengping made up. The diagnose-standard of TCM was regulated according to the guiding rules of clinical research of new Chinese medicine which editor by Chinese medicine publishing house in 2002 year and practical Chinese medicine.2. The group of 90 case patients came from renal clinic or ward in HuBei Hospital of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) between January of 2004 and January of 2006. According to they dialysis or not, divided it into two groups: dialysis treatment group(A group) and undialysis treatment group(B group), each of which contained 45 cases. Two group patients were given common treatment for clinic symptom-signs. And didn't use a -D3 or Chinese medicine. At the same time, A group was given dialysis treatment, and B group used internal absorb medicine and supplyed calcium. Six month were whole course of treatment.3. All patients were demanded to examine the iPTH, Ca, P, BUN, Scr and record the correlated TCM symptoms regularly. During the treatment, Ca, P, BUN, Scr were examined per two months. After complete treatment, the correlated TCM symptoms and iPTH were observed too.4. statistics treatment: we used statistics software 11.0 to treat all datas, which all use arithmetic mean ± standard deviation ( x|- ± s) express. Measurement data used t-text; Enumeration count data used chi-square test; Ranked ordinal data used Ridit test and u-test. P<0.05 means there had remarked difference, P<0.01 means there had very remarked difference, P>0.05 means there had no difference.Result:1. Both group's iPTH scale had no apparent change before the treatment. But there was no distinctive difference between groups by statistical analysis(P>0.05). The iPTH scale of group A descended after accept treatment, but it had no apparent change(P>0.05). The iPTH scale of group B raised after accept treatment(P<0.05).2. Both of the two group treatment could decrease scale of Ca and raise scale of P. There were remarked difference about it between two groups in the tow month(P<0.05). At forth month, there were very remarked difference about it between two groups(P<0.01). At fifth month, there were remarked difference about it between two groups(P<0.05), and were not remarked difference about it at last(P>0.05).3.
