The Effect On Platelet Parameter And D-Dimer Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome In Children By Theatment Of Decoction Shenkangling With Function Of Benefiting Kidney And Promoting Blood Circulation

Objective:To investigate the effect on Hypercoagulation State of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome in children by treatment of ShenkanglingMethods: 30 healthy subjects served as group A. 60 patiens with Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(PNS) were randomly divided into 2 groups, namely group A (Shenkangling+prednisone) and group B (prednisone).Group A served as the therapy group , and group B served as the control group . Prednisone was adopted treatment in middele and long terms. Prednisone was given on 2mg/kg·d.Shenkangling was given on 15g/times,bid or tid for eight months. Group B and C were measured 24h urine protein quantity , serum albumin , cholesterol , D-Dimer and Platelet Parameter before and after treatment. Platelet Parameter is including platelet(PLT) , mean platelet volume(MPV) , platele distribution width (PDW)and platecrit (PCT). Group A was observed D-Dimer and Platelet Parameter in PNS. Statistical analysis were performed on SPSS 12.0 system software.Results:Before and after treatment, compared with group A, the levels of D-Dimer, PLT and PCT of group B and group C were significantly increased(P<0.01, P<0.05),and the levels of MPV and PDW of group B and group C have no difference (P>0.05). After 8 weeks'treatment , compared with group B ,in group C, the levels of D-Dimer and PLT decreased (P<0.05), PCT remarkably decreased (P<0.01). GroupC was much better than group B in increasing the levels of serum albumin ,decreasing the levels of 24h urine protein quantity and cholesterol(P<0.05). Compared with group B ,group C had no difference in thetotal clinical effects (P>0.05),and had remarkable difference in the part clinical effects(P<0.05).Conclusions:1, D-Dimer and Platelet parameter remarkably increased in PNS in chilren ,which indicated PNS in chilren had hypercoagulation state. D-Dimer and Platelet parameter may be regarded as a sensitive index of hypercoagulation state of PNS in chilren.2^ Shenkangling combined with prednisone may significantly decrease D-Dimer and Platelet parameter, it showed Shenkangling combined with prednisone could effectively improve hypercoagulation state of PNS in chilren .3-> Shenkangling combined with prednisone could increase serum albumin , decrease urine protein and chdlesterol,and increase the part clinical effects. It showed that Shenkangling combined with prednisone was a quite good project in curing PNS in chilren. 4n The curative effect of PNS in children Shenkangling combined with prednisone is betterthan prednisone.
