Studies On The Active Component And Product Exploitation Of The Leaves Of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Rupr. Etmaxin.) Harms

Acanthopanax senticosus is the dried root and rhizome of Acanthopanax senticosus(Rupr..et Maxim.) Harms,stems and leaves also as medicine.At present less about the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus.In recent years,the study show that the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus have a wide rand of pharmacological activity,contains saponins, flavonoids and organic acids,it can be further development. So the lea ves of Acanthopanax senticosus as medicine in-depth study and development have great significance to the efficient use of Acanthopanax senticosus.This paper,I study the active ingredient and product development the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus by a lot of literature,mainly from chemical composition of extraction and separation, antioxidant activity, Pharmacological effects, product exploitation and quality ASSessment. The contents as follows:This study,50%ethanol solution for12h,Ultrasonic three times and30min for everytime, frequecy is100Hz and the temperature is30℃as the condition for extraction the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus. Used that had obtained extracts to separate by D101macroporous resin, and uses the water,10%ethanol,30%ethanol,50%ethanol,95%ethanol to get the extraction of activity ingredient,select the10%and30%sections to repeated silicone column chromatography, we get four monomers. The result that analysis and indentify by mASS spectrometry, NMR spectral data and physicochemical data. Finally, I confirm the four monomers is:Syringin, Eleutheroside E, hyperin, β-sitosterol.I detected the antioxidant activity of the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus that different concentrations by DPPH,ABTS,iron reduction, Folin-Ciocalteu.This experiments show that the antioxidant capacity and total phenol content is30%,10%,total extraction,50%(alcohol extracts that by Macroporous resin).As while,determine the effection that protect the liver that the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus.The experient shows:the decoction of the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus that three-dose group are all can lower the content of MDA and ALT that the mice that the liver injuried by alcoholic. At the same time,the high and low-dose group the content of MDA have no significance compare with positive control group,and the hight-dose activity of ALT have no significance compare with the normal group. So this experiment show the decoction of the leaves of Acanthopanax senticosus have strong protection to the mice that the liver injuried by alcoholic.
