Objective:To study and analysis of the vacuum sealing drainage to the influence of large skin defect healingMethods:In the department patients of90cases of the large area skin defects of the VSD patients with vacuum sealing drainage and ordinary dressing treatment since March2009-December2011, The experimental group (treatment group VSD)48cases, male30cases, female18cases, aged7-45years old average25old years, upper extremity10cases,5cases in waist and hip,33cases in lower limbs. Skin defect areas6by15cm above, without diabetes and basic medicine diseases, Give them debridement vacuum sealing drainage; Control group (ordinary dressing group)42cases of large area skin defects patients, male25cases, female17cases, age4-50average26old years.8cases in upper limbs.3cases in waist hip,31cases in lower limb, skin defect areas6by15cm above, Without diabetes and medicine basic diseases, give debridement dressing change after treatment. Antibiotics application time and dose is same in two groups, The professional doctor give wound debridement dressing,7days after VSD demolition of negative pressure suction device, compare two groups of wound granulation tissue growth situation, and one of the CTGF was determined.Results:Two groups of patients in observation finish can be visible granulation tissue, but the experimental group of granulation tissue is more rich,35patients can be free skin grafting,13patients for wound large and deep temporary no free skin grafting, no infection;The tissue of Control group granulation is growing in general, the wound is bleak,10patients appropriate can be free skin grafting,10patients had abnormal secretions, such as a sign of infection.Conclusion:Negative pressure attract large skin defect can accelerate the growth of granulation tissue, shorten the time of free skin grafting, accelerate the expression of connective tissue growth factors, and to promote the early wound healing...
